Wonderful experience getting my eyes checked and picking out some glasses. Special thank you to Enyi who was very helpful and professional and did a thorough job with my test. Thanks goes out to the rest of the team as well who were all very friendly.

Purchased a beautiful pair of the new oval Prada SPR 26ZS sunglasses from Vicki at the Parramatta 1001 optical store. Vicki helped me choose a frame which suited my face but was also stylish. I really like the sunglasses and will be going back to the store to buy more. Really good store to buy from, highly recommend.

I went into the Parramatta store today and was greeted with some wonderful customer service! I believe their names were Rachel, Francis and Enyi. Keep it up!

Lovely staff! The optometrist took time to check my eye complaints and was great in recommending some eyedrops. Then a male staff member I didn't get the name of (sorry! Was it something like Milad?), was able to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses for my face in less than 5mins, he has a good eye for it haha. They also arrived at the store in less than 2 days after ordering. I Love the selection and service here, I'll be back for my next pair =)

Carol provided great customer support today. She was so friendly in helping me tighten the Ray Ban coolers which I bought it online. I highly recommend to buy coolers from 1001 opticals because they have variety of collection. Personally I bought Giovanni brand which is one of the best glasses from 1001 opticals. Thank you.

The shop has a high costumer service system in place. I bought a sunglasses from there and found the price cheaper in another place. After showing the evidence, they nicely matched the price. Will visit the place next time for sure.

I have been to 1001 Optical Parramatta on 27/12/22 for eye test, they tested me strait away without appointment and ordered specs. I got it 30/12/22, that is within 3 days. Very kind service, explained me a lot about the eye test results and about the specs available. I am wearing specs for last 30 years and seen about 6 deferent optometrists. These people are number one.
