The reason why I give two star to this shop is attitude problem, because they are impolite. The glasses is ok so I give one star to glasses, one star to special price, and zero star to service.

We have had nothing but outstanding service from this Market City store over many years. The opticians are excellent and they have a great range of frames to choose from. We particularly like the latest Korean designs that look great and have the latest technology in the frames. The service and prices are excellent and we will continue to use Kevin and his staff's services. Highly recommended for service, quality and price. Multi-lingual staff.

My sunglasses needed the hinges tightened but I could not find the right tool for the unusual bolt in the hinges. This optician's website mentions they do repairs so I took my sunglasses here. The staff interrupted what they were doing to see if they could help and fixed it very quickly, thank you.

Alma is a great optometrist! I have seen a few in my time but she has accurately determined the appropriate prescription for me year after year. The range of frames is extensive. The front desk team offer great service. Highly recommend them!
