1001 Optical - Optometrist Blacktown

The staff especially Cynthia is very accommodating and has great customer service from the first time I stepped in the shop to the day i picked up my glasses.

I went to 1001 last week try to get a new lens but the experience was awful, eye test was good and nice, but when I was hand over to an assistant to choose my frame, the assistant was very rude and ignoring, seems inpatient to me when I looking at the discount frames, it makes me feel like I was very unwelcome if I spend less in the shop, such a shame, I won’t go there ever again.

1001 blacktown optical always amazing with there customer service and commitment, ever since we had lou to help us she has been so professional and committed on her job to assure we got the correct glasses for our need. Huge thank you lou for your professionalism and commitment its very hard to get customers service like lou. Each time I go here I ask for her name because she is truly amazing on what she does best.thank you again Lou.

The best customer service I’ve had. Especially Ms Jen. They don’t just sell you some expensive products and make money. Instead they’ll help you choose a product that willl suit you and your pocket. Would definitely recommend them.

The staff and esp.the manager, Lou were all very helpful and attentive to one’s needs. Lou was especially patient when I was in a quandary as to what brand of sunglasses I wanted to purchase. Received my prescription sunnies in my stipulated time frame.

The staff who help me was very helpful and was very accommodating she explained all that i need to know really well her name was Leyna the Optometrist was also very nice and helpful.
Even when i pick up my glasses Cynthia was very helpful too and nice and explained to me the warranty and other inquiries that i made.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I got my eyes tested by the lovely Teresa who was very customer centric and professional.
