My mother really love the spectacle she bought from here. Thanks for Cara’s helping, she is friendly. Really appreciated that she can explain to her in cantonese and give different opinions for my mother to choose, and recommend the best choice for her.

I drove a long way to do eye test and get referral letter, good costume service, I’m late because of the bad traffic, but the staff Tina still organized for me and the optometrist Francis offered excellent service with him strong experience as always! It took us about 2 weeks to receive my glasses as the team informed us when we first ordered. Lovely team are so knowledgeable and informative. Do not buy from this store since they do not provide legal warranty and lie about my purchase date.

I purchased two pairs of prescribed sunglasses in Dec 2021. There should be one year warranty. The sunglasses' glass have fell off for both two pairs.

I questioned that my glasses should be under on year warranty. A short hair girl put my glasses back into the frame and told me that might fall off again. I asked her they should repair it and make sure they are fixed properly. She is not happy about my request and lied about my purchase date. She looked at the computer and told me it is Feb 2021, but actually it should be Dec 2021. I went there on 28 Aug 2022 around 5pm.

I will call 1001 head office and report this store and request a proper fix.

Do not come to this store. Very tricky and even lied about my purchase date.

I am an ongoing customer there & I had to get one of the frames fixed which I bought awhile back as it was accidentally stepped on. After getting my details, Mia didn't hesitate to fix it & did it diligently. Thank you! They're my favourite pair & now I can wear them again!

If I could give this store 6 stars, I would. I had such a great experience today when buying new glasses. The staff, and one gentleman in particular are so kind, patient and supportive through the decision of buying glasses. Other places may become impatient with your long decision making process, but the staff here genuinely care about your happiness with the frame of choice, even giving honest suggestions when a frame shape didn’t suit my face well. I felt completely at ease and comfortable to try on as many frames as I needed to before making my final choice.

I have been here few months ago to pick up my glasses. At that time, there was only a Korean girl here and kept playing her mobile phone. She did not see I was here and I had to wait for her and saw how long she can help me pick up my glasses. Finally just after 5 min she saw I was here and gave me the glasses. Thx god. As she was "busy", I left without trying my glasses. When I came back few weeks ago to do the adjustment, she even picked up her personal phone call in Korean when she served me. I had to ask for help from another staff who helped me a lot than the girl. I hope the owner of the company can offer professional training to this kind staff who just want to wast their customer time. But anyway, I am still very happy for my new glasses. Thanks for Michelle, she did my eye test and gave me a lot of advice. That is why I still want to give 5 stars.

A guy today (22/10/18 10: 45 AM) is so rough to handle it didn’t listen to what I needed.
Could solve the problem but after buying 6 sunnies so far in history for my family, I won’t go back there anymore after receiving that rough customer service.
