8So dissatisfied with their services. They told my husband the normal exterior wash is $50 but they offered him the premium wash for $60 only. He trusted on them but it ended up like in the photos. He paid $60 for nothing and they don’t clean up the watermarks! So disappointed!
Worst car wash and high price. Don’t even wipe the water marks properly. Initially they ask for 65 $ for the wash we decide on 50 but we have our car wash better in less don’t know why these guy have open their business if they are too lazy to their hip properly
Inexperience workers, poor washing skill. Clean my dash half and leave half without cleaned. Making my car looks dirtier than before. Bad experience overall. Never visit again
I wish I had read these reviews before I went there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! But even if you go there I guarantee you you will not visit again. The way they clean your car, they don't even want you to come back.
The manager is a creep. The prices are different to what they market plus very unclean job the people there I feel like just work for the heck of it I recommend not to go! Made me wait ages and they didn’t even have customers I’m never going there again.
Unfriendly staff, they scratched my car and even tho I didn’t want anything they wouldn’t admit they did it. Would not recommend there’s more in auburn that are better. Very careless
These guys used to be reasonably priced. They used to charge me $30 to wash (standard, no polish) and vacuum my Toyota C-HR. I went there last about 2 months ago and was happy with the result, but today I went there, and the supervisor on duty told me that the exact same wash and vacuum would now cost me $50 as he had recently changed his pricing schedule. That's a massive price hike! I went instead to Xibit Car Wash Cafe on Parramatta Road, Auburn who are much better. They have a nice waiting area and a cafe and it's out in the sun. Oh, and they charged me $35. So much better at Xibit!
