Jervis Bay Supermarket reviews
23We had take away for here, the guy serving behind the counter was a real people person so happy, and the food we had was great, can recommend
Great stop before heading to lighthouse. Very friendly. Very informative of the area. Great tasting ground bean coffee.
Pulled up and staff were smoking together in front of the doors despite the sign saying no smoking within 15m of the store. Walk into takeaway shop and had to wait for someone to finish their cigarette to come in to serve us. The entire room stank of smoke since they were smoking a couple meters to the left. We left without purchasing anything.
We came here to pick up some food supplies for our camping trip down the road at Bristol point.
We were met with such big kindness and nice hospitality from the owner. The big guy with long hair.
The next day we came back to have a burger.the burger and chips were old school good. Highly recommend.
He carried out all the burgers and chips to us.got us the tap key to wash up and then gave us an awesome tip about the Murray's beach boat ramp and the sting rays. (Picture included).
Your kindness and tips for the short stay made it so much better. Thankyou.
Awesome owner. If you are nearby - will recommend for takeaways.
At the price been charged - quality was good and quantity was awesome.
The owner was a top bloke! Not only was he nice when we visited the shop but he gave us a few great places to visit!
Great Supermarket, good quality take away food, tea and coffee.
Very helpful and friendly service.
Very sweet owners, gave us great insight and recommendations for the area you just can’t get off any reviews/Trip Advisor etc:) so much local knowledge!
Guys pop in and check them out. These people have been doing it tuff since the fires and covid19. Lovely people, great service and a good old fashioned Australian chat. Cheers for having us.
We had the most amazing experience with the staff. They were absolutely warm and welcoming. One stop market for everything- we bought groceries, souvenirs, and snorkeling gear! The staff even gave some ideas about the area which are hidden treasures of the National Park! Extremely pleasant visit. Thank you!
Damian and his family who run the JB Supermarket are the kindest people you will ever meet!
More than just a supermarket, it has it all! Groceries, camping supplies, alcohol and hot takeaway.
Got a few out of date lollies, should have checked whilst in the shop. Otherwise yeah a convenient place to get a few items
Awesome shop with everything you might need for a camping trip. Essentials like alcohol, chocolate and firelighters. Treats like fresh fruit and veg, the usual bits n bobs in the non perishable aisle. But also wet suits for kids, fishing kits, snorkelling stuff, activities, stationery, camp kitchen ware. Also attached is a little take out serving coffee and hot food. The owner and the gals were lovely and helpful with great ideas and advice on how to maximise your trip to jervis Bay. I would be surprised if you didn't find what you were after.
Good food in the takeaway but really long to be served. Feel like they serve Australian first compare to foreigners
The only supermarket and got food joint within the Jervis bay national Park. That being said, most prices are a lot more expensive than back in town in Vincentia so either pack your own and be prepared or head back into town for food. However, this is a family run business so it would be good to support the local community here.
It is just a small supermarket with limited stock, but the owner is friendly and helpful and really makes you feel welcome.
Friendly local supermarket, handy for those staying at Jervis Bay camping grounds, takeaway available.
Good place to get your needs if you on holidays but closed on public holidays when there are lots of tourists. Not helpful
Expensive but really good if you don't want to make the trek to Vincentia. Only frozen ice in town this time of year
