Zouki Cafe Calvary Hospital reviews
11Had a beautiful lunch after having appt at hospital. Lovely service as well. Not sure if a recent change of catering or not looking at the other reviews.
My husband has been in hospital for 2 weeks. He has tried to get chips and gravy for a full week at this point. Usually by 2pm they tell him they’re sold out and not making more and the times I’ve gone with him (Saturday and Sundays) they’ve been straight up closed despite being listed as open on Google.
I went their it was worst experience. Coffee wasn’t up to mark as well the nepali guy is so arrogant. He don’t know how to do costumer service. Very bad hope for the best next time.
Poor quality food. Halal options, but they don't take enough measures to prevent contamination. Uses the same press grill for all.
Overpriced.
Poor quality.
No price tags on the drinks, so you'll be surprised how much they actually charge you. The vending machine is cheaper!
Staff meal is a joke.
Cold coffee and a bowl of greasy tasteless"Noodles" for lunch.
I find it difficult to understand how food of quality this low is actually allowed to be sold for human consumption.
Overpriced is an undersatement.
. Not worthy of 1star.
Options are extremely limited, and no option for something to be freshly made.
Proper hot breakfast options are limited to those who don't have a dietary restriction or preference, and lack of staff numbers means very slow and rude service.
Too expensive, this company has given no space for other to compete in many hospitals all over Australia and many of the staff are not happy with this.
After spending a great deal of time in Calvary hospital I have to say that I like this cafe. It’s overpriced, for sure, but that’s to be expected. The staff are lovely, very friendly, and I like the food. It’s a nice break from a hospital room!
Asked to have coffee in to reduce plastic use, but staff made coffee in takeaway cup regardless. I understand if it was a mistake and they didn't hear, but the snarky comment made to me when I raised the issue was unreasonable. Staff replied with 'well it's done now' and made no effort to apologise. Would like the staff to be more conscious of plastic use in the future.
