I desperately needed to see a gp over the Christmas new year break. As my regular gp's surgery was closed till the 6th of Jan, I placed an online booking with YourGP at Crace hoping for a cancellation. Less then an hour after sending my request I received a phone call from the clinic advising Dr Krystel Chin would be able to fit me in that day. I'm very grateful to Dr Chin for fitting me in to her tight schedule. At no point of the consultation did I feel rushed. She patiently listened to my concerns and provided exceptional advice/treatment. If I didn't already have a regular gp I would, without hesitation, become a regular patient of Dr Chin. Again thank you.

My son gets nervous when going to the doctor. Today he saw Dr Krystle Marca and after less than a minute into the consultation, he was laughing and chatting away. Afterwards, I asked him how he felt about the appointment and he told me Dr Marca was funny and had good communication and he felt great. Thanks Dr Marca!

Despite never seeing Dr Chin before at this practice I felt very comfortable despite it being for a pap smear. She has a great bed side manner

My family and I have been coming here for years - we've seen various doctors over our time, and most have been lovely. Reception are always incredibly patient too, and makes me feel a lot more comfortable (being autistic) :)

The most amazing GP experience I have had in Canberra so far. Dr Sam Primrose listened to me, was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail - going above and beyond. The clinic itself is beautiful and very well kept. All staff amazing. Thank you!

Excellent doctors, very friendly staff. My dr is wonderful and actively listens to me. Seriously a great experience.

The receptionists Staff are very friendly and helpful, and my experience with the Dr John was fantastic Sahra the nurse was kind and went beyond just applying the procedure, being a comforting person to talk to. The surgery room was very clean and well equipped. I’d highly recommend Crace medical centre.

Gaslights patients, fobs you off onto emergency when completely unnecessary because they don't want to deal with you, data handling is not in compliance with national regulations, entitled and rude doctors.

I've only visited the Respiratory Clinic. They never disappoint. Friendly customer service. And great systems in place to ensure customer satisfaction.

Just wonderful. Clean and user friendly practice with great features through the Hit Doc app and Dr Monaghan was fantastic.

Pretty disappointed by this place. My family and I had just relocated to WA to help care for a terminally ill family member. All my wife needed was a script renewel. The online renewal was cancelled. Her normal doctor stopped telehealth appointments. The reception solution was book an in person appointment. She was told telehealth would be available during our move. Incompentence is the nicest word of choice for this situation. She would never leave a review but I saw how much stress this caused first hand and I thought I would.

Saw another kind and very professional doctor today at YourGP@Crace that I had never seen before, and received excellent care.

The reception staff are very professional and friendly. I didn’t have long to wait for my appointment.
The doctor I saw was professional and efficient and I had all of my questions/concerns addressed.

After so many research, I found this practice which is totally awesome, Dr. Neena Sood is expert in her field. She explain really well. I recommend this practice to everyone and Dr. Neena for any skin related issue and other issues as well.

30+ mins on hold on phone when trying to cancel an appointment for next week. Resorted to email.
Very poor.

Very disappointed with the practice’s booking system. It seems like this is more of a business than a medical
practice. I have been trying to see a female doctor since whose profile and experience matched my medical needs. I managed to get an appointment on the 24th of January for the end of February. 2 days before my appointment I got a call from the practice saying that the doctor was unavailable and does not take on new patients. Instead they offered for me to see a different doctor whose profile did not fit my medical needs.
When I called again 3 days later, I was assured that doctor I wished to see does take on new patients So I made that booking in end of February for the end of April. I got a call again today on the day of the appt, that the doctor had canceled my appointment as she doesn’t see new patients.
My medical issue is breast related and it cannot be taken lightly. The practice has wasted my time and now I am left with no one to see and have to look for a new doctor. The practice also takes 30-50 minutes of hold time before answering a call. I would not recommend this practice for anyone as doctors can cancel appointment the last minute.

The medical staff are excellent and the receptionists are helpful if you can speak to them, but I have now been on hold for over twenty minutes with no indication of how long it will be until my call is answered. Not even an "we are experiencing an unusual volume of calls"

Following the phone voice menu resulting in multiple disconnections until I chose the all other queries option.

Very unimpressed with whoever is responsible for managing this.

David Brown is a very holistic GP. I am always impressed, how thorough, understanding and compassionate his interactions are. It is so comforting to know that I have a very good GO and I can trust my health care needs to him.

I visited Dr Penny for the first time after getting confused and worried from other GPs and practices. She was absolutely amazing and patience with me, she explained things so clearly and confidently which really helped easing my worries. She has a warm personality and super easy to talk to, and I didn't feel like I was rushed at all during my visit. I haven't had a regular GP for a while, and I think I've found the perfect one!

I've had a hard time finding a good GP over the last few years, but I've found one at YourGP@Crace. Dr. O'Brien is amazing - I cannot recommend her highly enough.
