The staff at the reception was very professional and efficient. Dr. Meghan Boomgardt was very courteous and polite, and did a very thorough analysis to recommend the most suitable treatment. Highly recommend her!

Dr Mathew is great and clearly puts in so much effort to stay up to date- never had a question that he couldn't answer.

I have seen Dr Merson Mathews multiple times after having many negative experiences with GPs at Canberra drop in clinics who were extremely brief and uninterested. Dr Mathews took the time to gather extensive history, was polite, compassionate, understanding and explained treatment options extensively. He showed a genuine interest in my specific concerns and general wellbeing and helped guide my health care. I have also had a family member switch to his care after I talked about my experience and they were also impressed by his approach. Finally a GP who I am comfortable seeing for all concerns. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The staff at WCMP are lovely and very helpful, and make every visit a pleasant experience. I will miss Dr Dominique Ferguson very much, but the WCMP practise is still a great place to attend.

Kyra Clifton and Dominic Ferguson are both awesome GPs, especially for families and womens health. It's very easy to book an appointment through their online portal.

Dr Sangeetha is fantastic, she has a lovely bedside manner, is very caring and makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine, thorough and caring GP.

Had seen Dr Merson Matthews three times and I thought he was great and really cared.
Recently I went in as was passing blood. He informed me to get in contact if I had a fever or vomiting as could mean a parasite and I would require antibiotics.
That night I had fevers and migraines. When I rang the clinic they would only see me at cost of an emergency appointment, even though the treatment was already known.
Clearly they do not care about their patients or their suffering and now i have to wait an additional 24 hours to see a doctor to get the anti biotics i know i need as he had already told me as such.
Disgusting.

This practice is the first that I have been to and stuck with. Not only are the doctors there phenomenal (especially the GP I see Dr Clifton) but the reception staff are also very friendly and easy to get along with which isn’t always the case at a lot of doctors clinics.

The appointment times do sometimes vary which can be frustrating, however it is more than worth the wait to receive some of the best medical care I have ever had.

Dr kyra Clifton is by far the best dr I have ever seen. She is kind and understanding and a real credit to the practice. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Mathews couldn't help me with my condition. He gave me no time to process this absolutely dedevostating fact and jumped straight into processing me as a new patient, asking frivolous questions about irrelevant things while I cried. I am traumatised by the experience.

I’ve never remotely had a bad experience with this practice and Dr Mathew is a very good GP. The best treatment and care I have received in Canberra.

The lovely girls at reception are all highly educated, lovely and caring to the practice patients and seem to build an effortless rapport with them. Nothing is too much trouble.

Update 10/10/18: I also want to highly recommend Dr Michael Koppman. Dr Koppman is incredibly good, extremely caring, knowledgeable and full of empathy. I sincerely believe Dr Koppman is an invaluable addition to this already great medical practice and I hope he stays with the ready great team at this medical practice for the longest time.

They don't offer bulk billed appointments for CL concession card holders, nor accounts for low income recipients that need an emergency appointment. Hopeless.

Went to see Dr Kyra Clifton and she was amazing. Ran behind but that's because she cares about her patients and will make sure you're medical needs and requirements are met.

So disappointed with this practice, if I could give 0 stars I would.
I was called 10 mins before my appointment to be told doctor is running 30mins late - okay, I had woken my sick baby to get here on time but these things happen. Arrive at the new time to sit in the waiting room for another half an hour, then when I asked how long it would be, I was told there were THREE more patients in front of me, one being a long appointment.
Pathetic. Would never recommend this practice.

Dr Matthew is very knowledgable and professional, best gp I have come across. Reception staff are also very professional and friendly. I have heard good reports of the other doctors too.

Wanted to charge my wife $35 to get a repeat script, this is a script we don't even see the doctor for, they simple write out and leave at reception to pick up. Most other places charge $10. Also watch out for the longer appointment charge, doctors are becoming cash cows these days.

Dr Mathew has been our family doctor for a few years now and he has been great. He really cares about our kids and is very gentle with them. He was a life saver (literally) when our son was very little and got sick. The girls out the front are super friendly and always make us feel welcome.

I have found Dr. Merson Mathew to be very professional whilst still being sensitive. I have been using him for a few years now from a recommendation and I would highly recommend him for someone who is looking for a on-going regular doctor. He always refers back to previous visits and checks how things are beyond the reason for your current visit.

By far the best doctors I have been to. Dr Mathew has been so good with my bub. The girls at reception are very friendly too. Highly recommend!
