Dr Tran is good but I waited over an hour past my appointment time until I was seen. This is a regular occurrence every time I go here. Sort your booking system out and maybe reconsider how many patients you can realistically fit into a day - other people’s time is valuable too.

Unsatisfied with whole experience, front office was rude. Doctor was unempathetic and unwilling to help me with my issue. Will not be coming back.

Multiple Occasions where the doctors have deliberately made our telehealth appointments go over 6 minutes so they are able to charge higher rate. I've asked if the appointment is over prior to the 6 minutes - only to have the phone call put on hold until past the 6 minutes point so I can be charged full amount. When pointing this out I was told I was wrong. Commission based health care -shrug-

Awful awful clinic with a horrible practice manager who tries to rip off clients. Taking advantage of people who are vulnerable and just trying to do the right thing, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

The place is run appallingly. Sad because some of the doctors are great (Drs Sharma, Dutta, Jazrawi). And between them the doctors offer consults in languages other than English (including Vietnamese), which is an important service to the community. One of the doctors (dr Tran) advertises a bunch of cosmetic treatments and tried to sell one of us his own products, which I found odd and was not comfortable with. It is almost impossible to get through by phone. Seems to be only one receptionist and she entered my details under the wrong patient last time. They have no e-script system so the only way to get a script after a Telehealth consult was to wait an entire day until the they printed it then either go and pick it up from the practice or wait till they hand delivered to the chemist across the road (which uses e-scripts). So a full day delay to start the medication.

When it comes to chronic health this is not the place to go. It’s a place to make lots of money and hence having posh cares. No understanding of chronic illness. Makes me question care.

This is my local doctor I've been going here for 5 years or so. I usually see Dr Tran, he is a good listener, understanding and reliable. Dr Tran is great at diagnosis and choosing the correct treatment / medication.

Conversely with many doctors I've seen in the past I often have to return multiple times with the same problem, to say 'this is not working, and makes me feel unwell' then leaving with yet another script.

All staff are professional and friendly. Dr Dutta is a very supportive and helpful with any health matter. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Fergusson is the best GP we’ve had (and we’ve seen a few!) and Dr Dutar is also outstanding. Always on time which is super rare for any GP. I’ve spent hours at other places waiting for an ‘appointment’. The decor is pleasant and the facilities great. The kids play area keeps little ones in-line. Highly recommend.

Seriously unimpressed with the doctor I just saw. She didn't do a pap test because apparently if you want to discuss more than one thing you have to book a double appointment. I have never heard that before. This was after she was late (even though it was the first appointment of the day) AND she took a phone call during the appointment. To turn away a request for a pap smear seems grossly unprofessional. This clinic is obviously all about the $$. Then they wonder why people don't get tested for these things regularly.

Very poor service.

The GP lacked knowledge and focused primarily on referring me to other services. The GP also forgot to add items to my prescription, leading to delays and extra expenses.

The front desk was also quite rude and unfriendly. I certainly did not feel welcomed.

Overall, I would not recommend this GP for anything but the most basic checks.

I've been attending this practice for years first for myself, and then with my children. I have always found it to be a good practice - problems quickly diagnosed, appointments able to be booked at short notice for the kids. We have seen Dr Dutta and Dr Tran and have liked both.

Great clinic. Went to see Dr Tran after I injured my ankle and he was very thorough with his examination and was very compassionate. He gave me lots of helpful information and helped me to get a x-ray that afternoon. Would recommend this clinic to anyone in Canberra 10/10 service!

After hurting my wrist at Perisher I saw Dr Tran after hours and he immediately identified the problem, I had damaged my 'anatomical snuff box' which can result in long term arthritis in the hand. He wasted no time in organising an x-ray and a cast. I cannot think more highly of Dr Tran and highly recommended him to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Dr Ferguson is the best GP I've had - not that I visit all that often. She is easygoing without being blasé. I recommend her to all my friends.

I had severe pain in my abdomen for days and went to several doctors who brushed it off as some temporary ailment and only prescribed me some moderate pain relief. This was hardly a solution. Thankfully Dr Tran at wattle street medical practice saw the true cause behind my pain and referred me to a specialist who was able to correctly diagnose my condition. This practice puts their patients first and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone who values excellent healthcare.

Like all such suburban medical centres this is appointment centre for a group of doctors and selected medical professionals. Pleasant enough waiting room with a separate space for family kids. It sounds trivial but the high counter and even higher computer monitors make it difficult to chat effectively with the booking staff, leading to misunderstandings.

Booked an appointment for 1pm. Wasn't seen to until 2.30. During the appointment, he stopped to make a phonecall, told someone they had diabetes and was on the phone with them for 10 minutes. When I came out, I was charged for a "long consult". Avoid this place.
