Horrific experience. Awful food, terrible service and catty waitresses who disrespected my whole family. What a travesty.

Horrible food. I have never sent food back in my entire life and I am not a fussy eater at all. This is the first time. I was completely flummoxed that I was at that stage. Pizza was inedible and $16. Burnt edges clearly demonstrates microwaved. The meat was scant, not identifiable and not cut in a way to give an impression of freshness- I timed order to table - 5 minutes and could hear them setting the microwave. Clearly they are premade. Waitress admitted to this as well.

Had Penne Bolognese - dry as a crisp, again microwaved and $20. I’m blown they couldn’t find the time to make at least a fresh penne considering myself and my dinner colleague were the only customers! The salad my colleague ordered was over saturated with dressing with essentially raw veges.

This place is straight out of Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares. Do NOT eat here, or at least know what to expect if you do.

EDIT 6/2/19 - I am happy to report on a repeat stay that there have been slight changes to the menu & the manager Paul was, and has been, fantastic about the feedback - the staff here are the standout feature. I am still not convinced about the food in the Eatery, but I am willing to try it again and report back.

$16 for a tiny frozen pizza. Burned on the outside and frozen in the middle. $20 for a small bowl of flavourless butter chicken. Rice was over cooked and had turned to mush.

Visited for lunch during the week, we were the only diners, just two people. Chose Green Curry Chicken at $20. It was was quite bland and was a very small serving, particularly for $20. We decided to go elsewhere for dessert and coffee. Not recommended for lunch.

Entree was great! Espresso Martini done with real coffee, Excellent! That's where it ended. Ceasar salad had a hard boiled egg and had to ask for extra dressing as it was dry, eggplant Parma was a bowl of half cooked eggplant with tomato sauce and melted cheese. Not pleasant lacked seasoning, gave some feedback that was greeted by attitude from the waitress and the chef throwing his hands up in the air! Won't be back! Maybe listen to your feedback and your restaurant might actually be full on a Saturday night, not empty!
