Thai Basil Restaurant

Not the best thai I've had and quite pricey for the size of the servings. This restaurant is located close to numerous other restaurants, as I walked past them they all seemed that almost every table was full. This was not the case at thai basil, which should have been my first indicator. The service was quick and friendly, but there was only 1 other table with a couple, the rest were empty. I probably won't go again as you are very spoiled for choice in erindale

Air con on too cold.food great.except we had diarrhea when we got home.hopefully not a result of dinning here.

Fresh and tasty food. Quick service by friendly staff and very clean. Plenty of parking at the door.

I have been a very happy customer for many years and I am yet to eat at a Thairestaurant that compares to the culinary perfection (In my humble opinion) that is Thai Basil.

Their produce is always fresh, the dishes delicious and hot and the staff are always very kind and accommodating of any changes you may want to make to your meal.

My favourite dishes are Gang Dang Gai (Chicken Red Curry with Coconut Milk), the Toong Tong (Deep Fried Minced Chicken with Chestnuts, Peanuts and Shredded Coconut Bags) and the Chicken Satay Skewers.

The prices are very reasonable, there is parking directly in front of the restaurant and it is BYO.

If you are looking for delicious, fresh Thai food in a cosy restaurant then Thai Basil is definitely worth a visit.

Great Thai food and Service. Once, there was an error in my take away order. The staff made sure that the order was corrected and home delivered within the next 15 minutes. Thank you Thai Basil.

Very slow service. Members of our group of 5 had finished before last 2 were served. Only one other group.
That group included children of staff who were very noisy and one child was running screaming into back area. No attempt to control him.
Wouldn't go back!

Had a great time although the waitress may he advised to not roll her eyes back and tutt when asked for a few takeaway containers. Oh and maybe a bit more communication, like if someone buys a drink and pays at the counter even in a group. That should be noted, and communicated to other employees looking after that table.

Great little thai restaurant. The food is authentic and delicious every time I order from here. Highly recommend you try it

Great restaurant, good prices, friendly staff. We made a very last minute booking (15mins notice) for 14 people and they were very accommodating.

Massaman flavour good but far too sweet, fried rice ingredients good but no flavour needs a bit more saltiness or something. Love the sticky rice leaf wrapped bananas and taro, but would have liked some coconut milk with it takeaway

A solid and constant presence in the Tuggeranong food scene. Always consistent and does home delivery.

Ordered two take away curry dishes and they were served in those small round take away rice containers, so didn't see the value for money in the serving sizes based on price. 6/10 for taste and 3/10 for value for money.

Had a very nice, relaxing meal. It was quiet and the two young ladies behind the counter offered to take our 5 month daughter so we could enjoy our food with free hands. Great food, great service. We will be back.
