It was okay. The food was oily and the deep fried entrees were overcooked. I requested a time slot for delivery which was pointless. Nothing really special about the "chefs choice".

The owner is friendly and a very welcoming person. His staff are helpful in the selection of various Indian dishes. The quality of his food is very high as compared to other Indian restaurants in Canberra. The owner mixes the flavour of Indian cuisine with Aussie drinks in such a way that you feel his attention to details shining through.

We were visiting from the Gold Coast when we found this delightful restaurant. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was amazing. The prices were more than reasonable, so I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

Yum. Years since I've been here but the food was still good. I can't remember the names. Chicken with cashews and cream. Very mild but tasty, lamb in a tomato based sauce, spicier but lovely. Fabulous Kashmir naan. Reasonably priced wine list.

Ordered the Saag chicken and Bakra Masala, and they were both delicious! 100% the best curries I have had in a while. Service was also very polite and attentive. Definitely coming here again!

Taj agra Indian restaurant is a good food service and design.it's my personal experience

Cold food on delivery. Had to heat in microwave. Nan bread felt like it cane from the fridge. Disappointing.

The chicken biryani is unbelievable

Today, I ordered the same order that I had a week ago, but this time, it was different. As you can see, one looks like white rice with saffron, not biryani

We ordered chicken makhani and chicken kabab. Both tasted really good. The quantity was good for 2 adults and 2 kids. Halal

Ordered lunch at 1.05pm, was told resteraunt closed at 2pm. We were the only ones there. Food arrived promptly. At 2.05 pm still with food and wine on table we were told to leave.
Food only ok, not great. Service poor. Wouldn't recommend. Probably won't be back.

Been coming here for more than a decade and this restaurant never disappoints! Our absolute favourite is the briyani. Highly recommended!

I have been here multiple times. The food is always delicious, staff members are very friendly, the vibe is also quite nice, altogether they provide very pleasant dining experiences.

Been here before, and they tend to have been good in the past. We went here on CNY, and I was quite disappointed tbh.

I'll point out, they were somewhat accommodating. Despite being busy, the waitress organised a table for us.

However, from entry, it would take a whole hour before we would see food. They took forever just to take our order. A neighbouring table looked like they were going to leave (also waiting for order to be taken). There was zero communication about wait times or anything.

Mum had to use the toilet, she told me that they were absolutely feral. I luckily didn't need to go.

The food, was very average. I would have to say that they went crazy with tomatoes in the butter chicken, and the chicken wasn't marinated, and very dry. The nan and somosas were probably the only thing that was good.

Again, I have been here before, and could have sworn it was good in the past, but after last night, I doubt I will visit again.

If you want to try here, do so if you have heaps of time, and ok waiting a long time for food.

Brilliant restaurant, my best friend and I usually eat here once a week, no one we’ve recommended it to has been disappointed, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent and I’ll be returning for as long as I’m in Canberra!

Food came one hour after the order. Food was not exactly as ordered. Taste was terrible. Seating was not comfy. Restaurant wasn’t clean.

Food was yum. Staff, service and hygiene was spot on. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for authentic Indian and desi food and cuisines.

I just had the best chicken biryani after so long.
