St.George Branch Tuggeranong

Middle aged woman teller having a good ol’ chat to other tellers instead of serving customers will have a go at you for asking for any service expected of a teller.
Never bank with St. George!

Visited the st George tuggeranong branch this morning after drawing a small amount of money from the atm. As I needed change I went to a teller a middle aged woman who was on the counter and asked her to change the notes for me. She was rude and rolled her eyes as if i was asking her for her money, most unprofessional. This is the second time I have experienced this rude behavior. It's funny when the tellers are having a ordinal chat with their friends its ok while the customer has to wait. Today I was the only customer in line.please train your tellers to be polite or they should not be in that job.

Rude and unprofessional. Regardless of what reason I'm taking money out of my account. It's my money. If I want a roll of 5c pieces and 20c and $50 in notes for whatever reason. I should be able to do that. I'm not taking 10's of thousands of dollars here.

I have never spoken to more rude staff in my life. Will definitely be changing my bank. Tuggeranong branch are disgustingly disrespectful.

Buch of C<#t$. Bank somewhere else. They're unhelpful and the automated machines are broken more often than working.

Very pore customer service.
I booked an appointment but the claimed I didn't have one.
They person who served us didn't know anything about our supper accounts and closed one of my account that I need to operate my super account with out my signature or permission.
When I tried to get it fixed I was told they couldn't re open it and I had to go back in with all my documents and all people on the account had to be there at the sane time during covid19 times.
No apologies.
After my experience with this branch I have started to shop around to change banks.
I have closed my credit cards and have stated to close my business accounts and will move my superannuation account soon.
You have lots a great customer.
Customer service is important never forget that.
If you make a mistake you need to be able to fix it.

I have refinanced my home loan here and a year later have increased the amount - both times I have received a 5 star service. Kevin who has helped me with my application both times have truly gone above and beyond to make the process easier and has provided me with updates on every step of the way. Absolutely amazing!

They have a lovely big branch. Lots of customers AND STILL NO ANDROID PAY!

The staff were good, they basically recommended I go to the AusPost shop to exchange money as they had less fees. Not bad advice.
