Had an amazing experience simone gave me exactly what i wanted and made me feel so comfortable, love her work, would recommend her to anyone.

I attend more then 10 sessions laser hair removal for full face. Staff finish the job in 1 minutes & after 11 session still face look same like how it was 11 months ago. Very bad service in WODEN branch.

Team is lovely! I had Charlotte dermaplane my face and also perform laser hair removal on me:) so gentle and very precise, not a rush job at all and so lovely to talk to! Hopefully I receive more treatments from her:)

I’ve gone to clinics for over 25 years and never experienced someone with such service, knowledge, kindness, information, care. I’ve gone to so many places and spent so much money and never had such good results and experience as I have with Bronte. 5 star for Charlotte she’s amazing. Some of staff there are rude and can be bit rough but Charlotte is so gentle and talks through the whole process. She does a really really good customer service.

What a professional experience! My fears of going for my first ever hair removal treatment disappeared as soon as I was greeted at the door.
I was hesitant at first, due to the unfortunate social stigma of men having laser removal treatment. But I felt welcomed and relaxed during the whole appointment.
Shannon and the team are experienced and always have smiles on their faces. That is exactly what I needed.

Silk laser clinic Woden were so extremely knowledgeable on all their services and products, much more than any other clinic I’ve been to before. The lovely ladies there were so professional and really put my mind at ease. I’ll be going back regularly! Highly recommend.

The misso made it very clear that she wasn't a fan of my caterpillar butt crack and it was time for hair removal. So I made the brave move to contact this clinic in hopes of tidying up the weeds out the backyard. I made my appointment and rolled on in feeling kinda nervous that maybe my rear would end up like Alderaan in Star Wars IV; obliterated by Death Star lasers. I was taken care of by a nice young lady, Bronte, who was incredibly welcoming and made light humour of my situation which calmed my nerves. Can confirm Bronte didn't obliterate my butt with lasers, but instead did a phenomenal job in tidying it up. Would highly recommend.

This clinic is by far the best skin care and laser hair removal clinic I've ever been too. My skin has never felt better, and the girls who work there are so lovely and explain everything with so much care. Can tell they are very passionate about their work. I love going in for appointments, they always make me feel comfortable and confident when leaving.

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year now for laser hair removal treatments and the results have been great, its obvious the girls care about what they do here, they’re always so nice and super welcoming which is great considering it’s a stigma that it’s weird for guys to come into places like this. I barely even have to shave anymore.
My Mrs convinced me to go a step further and get some Botox for the for my “angry” forehead and the nurse there “Simone” was fantastic, I can no longer look angry and she made me feel very welcome and at ease during the process

A friend recommended me to Silk Laser Clinic in Phillip in an attempt to find a clinic that could help me with my problematic skin as I was suffering terribly with hormonal breakouts on my face.

My breakouts made me feel extremely self conscious, so I approached the lovely team at Silk and I was amazed at how thorough and informative Bronte was with identifying the causes behind my breakouts, she then helped me establish a treatment plan that was managed both in the clinic and at home. I left my consultation feeling extremely educated on how I can better take care of my skin at home in between appointments!

I’m now months into my journey with Silk and my skin has never looked better! I have a new found confidence and am able to feel comfortable in my own skin. Cannot thank Bronte and the team enough!

The staff are very bubbly and welcoming, they made me feel so comfortable during my treatment, the therapist’s are very thorough not rushed I’ve achieved the best results with clearing my acne and hair removal. Very recommendable clinic 12/10.
