Another place with only DIY service. No one on the floor to assist customers esp shoe section, just a few kids at checkout to take your money. Hopeless customer service

Always best stocked with products compared to other stores. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Instore collection is always quick and easy. If there's issues, they also resolve promptly. Will continue shopping here for gym equipment.

It's a large rebel with the usual products. We bought shoes, a hat, and footy while we were there. Kids enjoyed looking and being able to try things out

Convenient large format sports and leisure store. Plenty of choice and price points and unlike some alternatives, it is not overstocked or cluttered.

Went into the store needing to buy a few things - walked around for 15 mins, couldn't find anything I needed nor did I spot a single staff member on the floor to help me out. Service non-existent.

Bought my daughter the 2-in-1 roller blades and roller skates for her birthday and was missing a part. Sorry, I didn’t catch names, but staff member and manager were a fantastic help, searching their store, other stores, and found a perfect solution. Thanks very much! I will have a very happy, roller skating 11yo now.

I always find decent shoes and clothes and decent prices, just gotta look.
Staff are great

Pretty disappointed with the range of AFL apparel at all the stores in Canberra but this one in particular. There's a huge range of gear for American sports but none for our own country's biggest game.

Manager has a bad attitude, I returned a hat that had badly faded the manager was unfriendly and made me feel like I was doing something wrong to return faulty goods.

They didn't have hats because they are seasonal stock so gave me a credit, when I asked if I could just have the credit listed on the computer so I didn't have to carry around a gift card in my wallet or lose it, he responded, "we don't do that, you can have the card or keep the hat! "

Rebel has an electronic system with customer details, but seems it is only really for promotions etc, not of much use to the customer.

Terrible shopping experience, staffs are not really want to help or even serve customers, when I paying for my items, I can certainly feel the disdain from the checkout staff for no reason!

If workplace is a place for phone chatting and treating people disgraceful, why don't you quit and go home?

No playing hide and seek with the helpful staff here. Wasn't sure which equipment I needed & was able to return the items I purchased for a fast and hassle free full refund with no questions asked

Extra helpful staff. They only had one of the item we were after and they looked all through the store for a second one. After not being able to find it, they called another store and had it put away. Very happy, thank you.

Clean and good. Staff are really nice. And tall. Totally recommend going. Was here today the guy with the denim jacket btw.

Was told I could get a price match, then got stuffed around at the front counter for 20 minutes because they changed there mind and wouldn't price match $30 of a $430 dollar watch.

Would like if they widen their selection to include more people with wide feet and small but long feet

The 'pump' that came with my fitball purchase is an insult. FALSE ADVERTISING. What's the use of a fitball that can't be pumped up? You are a disgrace Rebel "Sport". Clearly you don't take sport seriously.

I've bought a puma shirt online but i received the wrong item. I spoke to the store manager n he solved the problem. He offered me to keep the wrong item. Which it was great. I didn't expect that. Such an excellent manager! (Matt) BTW Thank u so much for the fast delivery. I got my puma shirt:)

Absolutely disgraceful place, treatment of mature staff DISGRACEFUL. I will never set foot in a Rebel Sports store again. They just set workers up for failure
