After learning the Dr just decided not to do Telehealth (at all). I traveled out to get test results. Waited for half an hour after the appointment to be told it will be an additional half an hour to see the Dr.have your file sent elsewhere.

I was after a medical certificate. The doctor would not write it during the consultation. I was told it would be avavailable later in the day. I contacted them 7 hours later to follow them up to see if was available and was advised that the doctor had gone home and wont be back till after easter. I do not understand what was so difficult to get this task completed or even why it couldn't have just been completed during my consultation. I will not be returning.

Reception staff were really friendly. New GP was so lovely I might even see her from now on.

Have been a patient for many years and don’t intend to move elsewhere. Having a Dr who knows your history is important.

I went to Ochre (my regular surgery) to have an IUD removed. They told me my normal doctor didn’t do this procedure (incorrect). I booked with a doctor who did. While I was there, the doctor (not my normal doctor) said I was overdue for a pap smear, so did that as well. I paid the $95 fee.

The surgery rang and advised that the doctor wanted to call to give me my results. No problem. Around 9am, she calls to tell me everything is fine. The call lasted exactly 1 minute - 60 whole seconds.

At 4pm, I get a call from the surgery advising I owe $75 for the phone consult. What phone consult? I didn’t have a phone consult. For 60 seconds on the phone to receive my results for the pap smear she insisted I have, I am now out of pocket another $75.

I then received a bill from Capitol Pathology for $125.85 for my Pap Smear. Getting a Pap Smear has now cost me nearly $300.

Ochre consistently run late. You can’t get a script renewal over the phone (no matter how long you’ve been a patient). The doctors aren’t consistent, they won’t adjust scripts for your circumstances, the reception staff are clearly overworked and underpaid, based on their attitudes.

This is why people avoid going to the doctors. Ochre Health - you need to do better.

The reception team, nurse and dr all showed genuine care and the procedure was completed quickly and well.

First time at this medical centre. Reception were lovely and very organised and the doctor i saw was very efficient

Dr Cheryl Chan is very kind and understanding. Dr Chan took the time to listen to my concerns and provide treatment, reassurance and guidance. The receptionist was very lovely and helpful while managing multiple patients and phone calls all by herself.

Punctual and high quality of service. I've been attending for many years and would recommend.

Sorry to hear someone say they had a bad experience with Dr Perkins. If you look anywhere else there are many glowing recommendations about her. It's unfortunate she seems to have missed something with that individual, but insulting her personally is uncalled for. Clare has a couple of decades of experience and has been very thorough in her treatment of my whole family for years.

Both receptionists were friendly and helpful.
Dr Pranavan was friendly but also very efficient as always.

Hopeless. Booked a $95 consult for treatment for her hand and a medical certificate for personal leave. Was charged $205 for a workers compensation medical certificate, no Medicare rebate and no medical advice or treatment for the injury. Called to address the issue but got nowhere. Will not be going back.

The Tuggeranong Medical Centre have excellent doctors who are committed to looking after their patients health.

I’ve been well looked after by Dr Rasaratnam, the nurses and reception staff for many years. Never had a bad experience and never observed anything like what’s been described in the negative reviews on here. Dr Rasaratnam has often ‘gone the extra mile’ by following up on my care or intervening to ensure I was seen by a specialist urgently where this was warranted.

Excellent professional service, organised, with medicare refund services on site which add a smooth and prompt access for all the public. Lovely GP's that listen and support appropriately. There are also multiple services that cover many needs. The nurses are capable in completing tests and treatments needs and lovely to communicate with.
Receptionists are usually great, the odd one can be a bit cold and rush you through, but I guess that's understandable with the busy environment of a medical practice.

I have been attending the practice for many years. All the doctors are very efficient and thorough. They explain everything in plain language that everyone can understand. The receptionists are very friendly and always try and fit you in. I will not go anywhere else.

I had a telephone appointment. It was prompt, efficient and I felt I had good service. I had time to raise any questions as well.

I have been a patient here off and on over 20+ years. Although my GPs have changed over that time, I can say the overall experience has been extremely positive and rewarding. The nurses are very friendly and helpful. The admin staff and reception pull out all the stops to accommodate your needs. Their professionalism is particularly appreciated during the trying Covid period. Highly recommended.

The only reason i go there is my Gp who is lovely. The reception staff is the most unfriendly and hopeless front office staff a practice can have except for 1-2 girls.
