Quality interactions with all the people: front office and doctor. I’m transferring to Ochre.

Really disappointed to find out that you are now charging for scripts for people who have health care cards inclusive of a Gold health care card from DVA. $30 mightn’t be a large cost to some but to those on war pensions it is. Shameful behaviour!

Doctors are decent, kind, and competent.
Communication is awful. You have to continuously chase test results yourself - Ochre won't contact you. Often times staff have told me contradictory information about test results and whether doctors have reviewed those results. Ochre cannot be relied upon to keep you informed about your condition, they place the burden on you to continuously follow up.
No bulk billing.

I see Dr Scott Mills, who has really impressed me with his polite and listening manner and the thought he puts into a diagnosis.

Wonderful, calm, caring service by Dr Curtoti who listens to your concerns and provides appropriate and wise actions/advice.

My family has been seeing Dr Anu for 5years now and i refuse to see anyone else. She's lovely, dedicated and knowledgeable. I like that you can book online with Ochre health and simple. The Kingston clinic itself is clean and has room to move a pram.

Dr Ghosh was great, listened attentively, showed genuine concern and was clear on next steps. Easy to book online and conveniently located.

There should be ten stars for Dr Stephan Praet.

After four months of knee pain, which two GPs (a different clinic) and a physiotherapist couldn’t give me a solution except “rest and it’ll get better”, Dr Stephan Praet diagnosed and treated the injury in 45 minutes.

It was a very, very expensive but worth every dollar.

Thank you for saving my knee and sanity Dr Stephan Praet.

Great practice. Staff are very helpful and doctors are friendly and make me feel confident that I am receiving excellent care. Appointments seem to run to time and I don't believe I am rushed in the time I spend with my doctor. I am exceedingly happy using this surgery.

Dr Masters was warm and really made me feel heard. She was empathetic and caring and I really appreciated that she was honest. She assisted me quickly and was knowledgeable about my treatment.

I hate to leave a 1 star review, but people deserve better when booking in appointments that relate to their health and wellbeing. Spoke to a lovely receptionist this morning, and when I called back to book in a time, my call was answered by an incredibly rude receptionist, Erin. She was short, impolite and contradicted what the receptionist and practice manager had told me earlier that morning, then got cranky and hung up on me.

If that's the standard of care I can expect from this centre, I won't be looking to come here for my health.
