So thankful to have Dr thompson as my regular gp, he is beyond compare. With many complex medical issues I can always count on Matt to help me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for help.

To get a booking with my preferred GP i have been using for many yesrs was a disaster. Not happy with Hot Doc keeping credit card details and not confirming booking until you do so.

Wonderful service from all including front desk staff. Dr Radjewski excellent and extremely experienced. Privileged to have centres and doctors like this in our area

Friendly staff and efficient service, I care for my two 91 year old parents. The team at Ochre are invaluable to our wellbeing.

Tara has a lovely personality, is very understanding, listens and has the ability to make you feel very much at ease

Dr Matt Thompson is the most amazing compassionate Dr I’ve ever known. He actually cares for his patients.

Wonderful team of caring and knowledgeable doctors. Always feel I and my family are in good hands with them. Dr. Ken Lee has on multiple occasions taken the time to listen, understand my concerns, and follow up.

Dr Leerdam is a very caring doctor listens well, responds appropriately, is very thorough and easy to understand. One of the best doctors I have ever had.

Can’t fault this place at all. The staff are wonderful and so very helpful, my doctor gets booked out a couple weeks in advance and I needed to see a doctor on short notice. The wonderful receptionist (I didn’t get her name unfortunately) helped me contact calms for an after hours visit. Dr Matthew Thompson is very thorough, listens to your concerns and explains so you’re able to understand. It’s hard to find good GP’s in Canberra but this clinic has topped my list. I’ve heard wonderful things about the other GP’s that work in this clinic.

Lovely reception staff and very friendly and efficient service by the GP. Will definitely be going back here.

Closes at 17: 30 yet they turn their phones of at about 16: 45. The office is also poor at following up doctors and need constant reminders.
The doctors a really helpful though.

Lovely doctor, professional administrators, half an hour to 45 minute delay as it is a busy clinic. Maybe appointments would be better to book in the morning in the future. Non judgmental clinician though and good care from staff. Thanks for the help Ochre.

My advice is to ask upfront to be notified to avoid exceeding the time for a standard appointment. Checked my receipt at home and was billed a whopping $158 for what felt like a standard appointment. Caveat Emptor.

Dr Ken Lee is awesome and I high recommended him and the Ochre team at Garran. I have been seeing Dr Ken Lee for the last 2 years and has helped with multiple issues from minor to more advanced.

Always quick and efficient. Never wait long and the doctors are pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend.

Dealt with Dr. Human n Nurse Ann, both were just amazing; respectful and caring right to the end of the procedure

The clinic could do with an uplift in terms of appearance on entry and have water easily accessible.

I'm retired, have been seeing Dr Brenda Tait for many yrs now (pre-retirement) & can't recommend her highly enough. Though it does take awhile to get an appt with her these days she is, in my opinion, well worth the wait.

Staff are efficient and friendly. Dr Morrison is a wonderful doctor who cares about all aspects of her patients wellbeing.

Even though I don’t live in Canberra, I make every effort to visit Dr Matthew Thompson at this clinic when I need a GP. He is clear and thorough and reassuring, while being absolutely direct. A fantastic doctor at a fantastic practice, highly recommended.

I feel Dr. Zeng didn’t really listen, and didn’t respond appropriately to why I sought his assistance. He exercised paternalistic approach of care, leaving me feel patronised.
