Excellent service all round. Very friendly and approachable. Counter staff couldn't do enough for me. Very good experience with the doctor. Asked all the right questions, clearly explained what we needed to do.

Jasmina at reception is amazing. I have mental health issues and she helps make this medical centre safe and accessible for me. Thank you Jasmina and everyone at Ochre health Calwell.

Friendly staff always there to help out the drs are the best always there when you need them

Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Perhaps not enough GP'S, as most times they can run late.

Dr Ram is always helpful and understanding. I've never felt my concerns were dismissed and always recommend him if friends are unhappy with their regular GP.

This medical centre has friendly staff, amazing doctors, and is very clean and tidy. Easy entry, large waiting room, tv is on to put your mind at ease for those hard times, and amenities are within the centre. 5/5 from me.

Ochre Health Calwell are a professional and helpful practice that always tries to help when they can. Their reception ladies do a fantastic job and make booking appointments stress free. Im very grateful to be a patient at this medical centre.

My experience with this clinic was a good one. Although we waited 20 mins over our booked time for our appointment, it was worth the wait. The doctor checked everything she possibly could to make sure my daughter was treated for her medical diagnosis.
I'm very pleased with the service and our new doctor for not judging us and not rushing us out the room like some other doctors do at different clinics. I will definitely be going back. The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist, a smile goes a long way ladies, no need for the poker faces. And although I get bulked billed, they wouldn't bulk bill me for my daughter. Very inconvenient at this time.

Very professional and caring team. Dr Ram is an excellent GP and does his absolute best on every level.

My experiences at Calwell have been mostly positive except for a few times. The last time I went was for the COVID vaccination. When I was booking the second appointment for the second vaccination, I asked for a late appointment and the receptionist audibly sighed and then said 'you better not be late because we'll be wanting to go home', that is not a good customer service. That was not the first time I had been treated shabbily. There was one other receptionist on duty at the same time and she was lovely.

Very good experience, staff and Doctors always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Dr Ram has become too popular and sometimes have to wait a few days to see him. All good Very Happy, with how we are treated. Regards

I attended the centre to have a flu shot. I have also attended in the past for a Covid vaccination

Dr Rams is a remarkable doctor, for me, being straight up and answering all questions, very much appreciated and feel very fortunate to have him looking after me.

Dr Micheal Koppman is simply amazing, he goes way over an above to make you feel so comfortable and tends to everything you need. He never ever treats you like a number. I can highly recommend him.

The admin and medical staff at Calwell are very welcoming and professional. They always have a smile on their face. I have always felt listened to, my medical well-being thoroughly checked and not like a number at other medical centres. The app also make things easier to make, remind and confirm appointments.

My family and I have been patients at Calwell for over 20 years. During this time we have never had a negative experience. Every doctor that has looked after me and my family has helped keep us Healthy in so many ways. We are forever grateful.
