Ochre Health Medical Centre Bruce

A very positive experience with Dr Schadel and the reception staff. I felt my treatment was thorough and well explained to me. When I was late to a follow-up appointment, the reception staff were very kind to me, telling me not to worry, to take a seat and catch my breath. I was bulked billed for the follow-up which was also greatly appreciated. I only made an appointment at Bruce Ocre when I couldn't get in with my regular doctor but would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

I want to give negative start rating if option available.took my 3 years old to them, booked app a day before for 3: 30pm- until 4: 30 no sign of our turn. Check with them if any other doctor is availble I can see, but reception said no one else is available. Finally I cancled my appointment at 4: 45 without seeing a doctor. What a waste of time.never going back to them.

Dr. Mrin was great! Very thorough and kind and gave us tremendous piece of mind regarding a sensitive issue after a negative experience with a different practice:)

Dr was excellent but the nurse was not as capable for my wound management as I would have expected.

Very caring, and empathetic towards my situation. Was difficult to share details but doctor Randee Gunaratne was easy to open up to.

A male Dr, we will call Dr A, at this practice, dismissed my father in law’s pain. Accused him of misusing meds to control the pain etc.and told him to try other therapeutic ways to combat the pain. We never went back and my father in law was disheartened that no one cared about his health and pain. As it turned out my father in law had cancer and had Dr A took my father in law seriously he would have caught it early. But because of his dismissive conduct and accusations approximately a year later when my father in law with the pain only getting worse, felt brave enough to see a new doctor. He was diagnosed with a very late stage cancer, and died within three months. The last 2 months of which he was hospitalised.

This was my first visit in orche medical centre Bruce. Dr. Sneha Malik listen my problem carefully her service was awesome. Front staff was very polite and friendly. Great experience with dr Sneha Malik.

Excellent service all around. Appointment time honoured so no waiting. Dr’s examination/questions were thorough caring and responsive with the addition of sound ‘life care’ advice

Dr Siva. My husband made an appointment as our usual Dr wasn’t available. My 4yr old daughter took ill overnight so he took her in with him. Dr Siva flat refused to see her and instructed him to make an additional appointment. We were happy to pay twice if that’s what he wanted but he didn’t really care. He was happy to make life a little bit more difficult for us simply because he could.

Very friendly staff at reception, I was seen on time by my trusted doctor within the time of my double appointment, as I had several issues to discuss. Thank you for your service

It is a very secure and confident feeling to attend Ochre Bruce. The nurses and attendant staff are so kind and caring. My last experience was just so wonderful I Eskisehir now that I should not have gone direct to Hospital not to Ochre Bruce. Nevertheless The Nurses and Doctors were marvellous and after checking an ambulance was called and was taken to Calvary where I was equally well cared for. Thank you so much Ochre Health, The Paramedics and superlative Calvary Hospital and my lovely wife, Sonia and my ever loving family. I am lost for words in appreciating and expressing my gratitude the my beautiful experience of so much love and care bestowed on an old man struggling to breath.

Reception staff are rude. Dont really listen to what your asking and then get frustrated when you ask them to do more thing than just book a single appointment. The app also asks for me to enter my card details to secure my appointment. Im not using the app if i dont know what security is in place and if my info will be leaked. I didnt know i had to pay for a phone consult and i recieved a disgruntled phone call from the receptionist saying i need to pay it over the phone immediately. I explained i could come in and pay in the afternoon and her attitude changed.

Its not my problem if you have had a frustrating day.

Very busy clinic- but it’s also well organised. Just be aware of this and it won’t take you by surprise.

Really disappointed at the growing lack of personalised care. Being required to check in using screens rather than speaking to a real person and having to give credit card details online to confirm an appointment for long-term patients is just the latest in a series of changes that is making this feel more and more like a factory rather than a medical facility with personal relationships. The individuals working there are all lovely but the system is not allowing them to deliver health CARE.

Reception staff always personable and friendly. Can highly recommend Dr Ranga Panagoda as a very committed and knowledgeable general practitioner.

Doctor Armour took the time to talk with me about my health concerns. He listened and was super helpful and professional, and quickly improved my ailment.

Very bad attention. The blond receptionist was VERY rude and unpacient. The doctor rude as well.
Wont be back here for sure.

A very happy husband after first visit to Ochre. He has just relocated to Australia and has some concerning health issues. He wasn't able to see my doctor but was referred to Dr Ranga Panagoda. He was wary of seeing a male doctor but he came away surprised and happy and feeling he had been listened to. Ochre Health isn't inexpensive but nowhere in Canberra is. This was definitely worth the money for my husbands peace of mind.

STAY AWAY!
They have a hostile and bigoted nurse named Marcia, who will aggressively tell you off for wanting to take a photo of your own baby because it is a "violation of your baby's privacy". Such absurdity.

Needed a doctor to listen to my infants chest since she developed a bad cough. Was only offered a phone consult by the receptionist despite having a negative COVID test. Was told to go elsewhere when I was not happy with a phone consult. Disgraceful.
