The guys at Northside Euros gave me excellent advice regarding my daughter’s new (2nd hand) car. As an older female with no mechanical knowledge they pointed out the issues and explained the anticipated costs in a very transparent and honest manner. I appreciated the time they spent and I’m looking forward to getting the work done with Northside Euros.

Booked the car in for a service and tune.before even going for the final drive and feeling the tune up I was expecting to put 5 stars just based on the service experienced during the whole process. To the lads at the front desk, absolute legends and couldn't be more friendly. To the lads out back doing the servicing, you guys got it done very quickly.

My partner, a thai old age woman pensioner, took her luxury Volkswagen EOS white knight to get a diagnostic fault code for Transmission. (had trouble changing gears, just plug it into the computer for a code number). The result of their "specialist" testing was 1.drove off truck ok. 2.no fault found. 3. $174: 50 and thank your mother for the rabbits! They did not even test drive to experience problem.next day these low lives, to drum up work and con a pensioner sent her a 5 page account for $12,000 for work to her car. She was in shock, her family from sydney to thailand in shock. No sleep for a week. This is abuse, terrorism and not the australian way. Stay away from these low life immoral maggots with no integrity, and no skills, just the $174.50 per hour for labour should keep you away. I was forced to click one star to enable posting. NO STARS.

The boys servicing the front, Antoni, Tim and Reece, all professional, knowledgeable and always pleasure to deal with. Been there numerous times and always helped me out. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I had Antoni undertake performance work on my vehicle, his degree of care, professionalism and clarity of information was second to none. After months of dealing with some ‘unknown’ faults and the original dealership mechanic just recommending I replace part after part which would have cost $10,000+ and taken 3 months to arrive, I decided to take my car into Tim at Northside Euros instead and he got it fixed overnight and found the actual root of the problem for me which saved me thousands! Genuine, friendly, quick and a great alternative to dealership servicing (more than half the price!) didn't force any repairs on me, informed me of a few issues and car runs great!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Coming from Sydney, broke down on Canberra highway and the boys immediately fixed my issue the next day. Gave me great advice and handled it promptly. I’ll be coming to Canberra to do my servicing with them from now on!
