I bought a dress online and it was click and collect here. I tried it on but thought it was too big and didn’t suit me. I was told how gorgeous it looked etc and in the end took it. Two days later I decided to return it. The assistant refused to accept it back ‘because I’d tried it on’.
Is that even legal in the consumer legal world.
She even said I’d worn it that night to a wedding (my son is getting married next Saturday). Absolutely insulting!
I will never go near momento again.

I was shopping for mother of the bride and Momento did not disappoint! Natalie and the staff in Momento are amazing. She brought me a range of beautiful garments and fitted and tied every one I tried on. Wonderful service and wonderful range. Loved my experience.

Staff are honest, non-pushy in their approach whilst making the occasional suggestion of divine unusual pieces that would compliment elegantly the client’s body shape and also compliment the chic trendy garment.

One of my favourite places to shop, I've been a customer of Momento for nearly 20 years, I regularly visit from Sydney! Fabulous range of on-trend designs, unique pieces and every day staples from local and international designers. Friendly and attentive staff who provide personalised styling advice.

Went dress shopping with my daughter for a year 10 school formal. Didn't necessarily fine the dress, but the staff were really lovely to work with.

I have been to this store twice recently and every time I come in to look at an item its either not in stock but it says its available online or its in stock but only in a size 6 or 8. This just in most ladies are not a size 6 or 8 I would love it if this store would go back to how it use to be. I use to shop at Momento all the time when it was in civic I had soo many beautiful dresses and now I cant find a single item. Sadly I will not be a return customer: (.

A little corner of awesomeness. I was helping my friend shop for a wedding dress, and we'd just had a vile experience with the rude staff at a nearby shop. As we walked past Momento afterwards, we noticed they had some lovely dresses and went in. And thank goodness we did. Beautiful dresses and wonderful service: a very successful visit. I want the women who work here to adopt me so I can live in the shop, I enjoyed the experience so much!
