34Would reccomend this place, they went above and beyond for me and seem very knowledgeable. A bit pricey though.
Dylan, Aaron and Michael have done the most amazing job completely setting up a PC for me, and ordering and completely setting up my tablet. I would give them 5 stars for service delivery, friendliness and IT knowledge. I would totally recommend them to anyone seeking computer repairs or wanting to set up a PC.
Dylan was awesome, genuine and went straight into the repairs, price was cheap and effective and they told me about the cause and kept me in the loop to make sure the laptop is looked after. Definitely a go to place for repairs despite the distance from the CBD. For context I went to a few closer and called a few on-site and they all charge way too much or can't fit me into the schedule.
Will definitely give them a look for building a rig later this year! Much appreciated guys!
They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in the work they do. Could not have found a better company to help with my computer problems. Would not hesitate to use this company again in the future if required. I would rate them 10/10.
A poor experience. Were not able to fix and charged exorbitantly for work they didn't do
I took my laptop in knowing that either the charger was faulty or the battery was not charging and hence would be up for replacement. I suggested that they test with a spare charger first to see if the charging light comes on - which would indicate that the charger was faulty. I also offered to change the battery myself if the charger was faulty.
However after 13 days and without any communications from their side, I was basically told that the charger was faulty (which I already guessed at the start and asked for them to check with a spare one). Anyway, it was a waste of 13 days and I paid $90 just for them to use a spare charger at the shop to tell me that the charger was the problem - feels like a rip off. In hind sight, I think I should've just bought a new charger for ~$100 and tested it myself.
I dropped my laptop off to be repaired, was told it would take 1-2 days, I called after a week and was told that they couldn't fix the issue and had "forgotten to call". Despite this, I was still made to pay an $80 fee. Although this may be an outlier, I will not be returning.
Note on this one, I did a windows update afterwards and it fixed the issue. Didn't take a genius. Don't go here.
Had my Dell laptop repaired. Initial repair was an aftermarket that didn't allow for stylus input. They replaced it with an OEM part within a week fixed the issue in 15min. Solid customer commitment, will be my first call for future repairs.
I was at wit's end with my laptop and was just about to throw it out and buy a new one you guys are absolutely brilliant

I was very happy with the service provided. The team is knowledgeable & suggested good options for my computer needs. Would definitely recommend.
Have some issues with the graphics card and got Dylan and Josh to diagnose the PC to sort out the issues. They were quite friendly, efficient and easy to deal with.
Issue was sorted out and have had no issues since. Thank you very much to the team there for their effort. Particularly Dylan and Josh.
Pleasant experience all throughout. My HP AIO stopped powering up suddenly and diagnosis found that the motherboard gone bad. Received professional advice to move to tower pc and heaps of assistance to suit my preferences. New desktop pc buying process is still ongoing and I'm hopeful to be 100% satisfied again.
When i called they said they will have a look on the spot but they didn’t even bother to see whats going on. I drove 20 kms and they said they needed 2 days to fix whereas all it needed was a bios update. They doesn’t look interested in fixing your pc and very over priced.
My pc was fixed even felt faster then before but nothing was really clear towards what was happening to my pc. There were also multiple delays with no warnings. I honestly rate this store a solid 3.5 out of 5
I had a intel mini computer that stopped working, a month short of its three year warranty.
After a lot of hassle, I managed to get the company to accept it back for repair under warranty. It came back 8 weeks later, still not working. Phone contact with them produced the advice to submit another request for repair under warranty, but, their website wouldn’t let me. Now shown as out of warranty. No one ever answered the phone after that.
So, was about to give it all up as a bad job and throw the computer in the bin ($1100 worth) but decided to have one last go at getting it fixed.
I looked up Mitchell PC repair and visited them. They were local to me.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, and they determined that, yes, it was not working. They offered to try and get the company I purchased it from to fix it under warranty.
They took care of everything, rang me to let me know the company had accepted it as under warranty, and rang me to let me know when it was back, and tested it for me while I was in the shop.
All for a very economical fee.
I am pretty sure the company sent me a new one.
So grateful to these smart young guys.
I will definitely go to them again for any computer issues.
They repaired my laptop, because it was not charging.but I bought a new 500GB ssd from them, and they put a USB on my laptop and said it worked but when I went home, it wasn't working (it was empty and required a windows installation by using a USB flash for installation media) and I asked them if they could do that, and they said they could but they would charge $185 just to install windows 10, but what they didn't know is: I AM A TECHNICIAN, they messed with the wrong guy, I even have evidence.so if you ever want to install windows 10, use a USB flash drive to install it on a nvme ssd.

Josh was very professional and was able to provide a diagnostic on my computer very quickly. He even advised to take the computer back to get it repaired under warranty to save me money - They also sell computers as I found out; so I know where I'll go next time to buy a computer!
