Worst Maccas yet, run by schoolkids who just spend the whole time chatting to their friends over the counter.

This place is so grubby all tables werent even wiped clean, all bins were full and even our family friends has bits missing from their order.
Crispy Chicken wasnt even crispy and tasted like a stale mc-chicken instead
I think the money i actually spent would be better off in a premium type burger place but to be honest this mcdonalds was actually the worst for now.

Worst costumer experience ever, they didn’t even serve you even they saw you.

Receipt was not printed, waited long but because they can no longer find the order, they gave "RUBBISH", messy burger and bland chips/ no salt or flavour.

Kids working here like to give their mates food for free. Very unprofessional staff. The rest is what I'd expect from any Macca's.

I went inside Macca's on 26/07/2023 to get a mocha flavoured coffee at 6am. I was treated by this lovely lady named Priya who served me with kindness and manners. She talked me through the whole process of my order to make sure I get the right coffee I want. I am a MAD coffee person and I am very picky with my coffee. But after trying out the coffee she made, I was filled with excitement as it was perfect to the point with right temperature, flavour and taste. I was so shocked how great this taste as to how quick she made it. Thank to the very nice lady Priya for making my day more better. Thank you, McDonald's:).

On behalf of a family member:
I went there with my Entertainment Book, and the lady at the counter just wouldn't accept it. She kept saying the code wouldn't work, even though I had used it before at the same location. And to top it off, I had used the same code in Cairns just last week, so what's the problem, huh? The cashier walked off without saying a word. It's ridiculous that they wouldn't honor the deal. It's not like I was asking for something unreasonable. The deal was clear: buy one Big Mac and get one free. But apparently, that's too difficult for the employees at McDonald's Manuka to understand.
I'm not going back there again. It's waste of time and money, and the employees clearly don't care about their customers. So if you're thinking about going to McDonald's Manuka, don't bother. There are plenty of other places to get your fast food fix. I hope this problem is resolved soon. On top of this, my offer expired after a few minutes.

McDonald's Manuka. Cold chips, lacklustre burger, incomprehensible attendant on drive through.

Food was cold and old especially the chips needed new oil took so long for my food to be served to me found the staff blazaè and uninviting at the counter

Incompetent staff badly performing poorly thought out processes equates to cold inedible food. The most frustrating part is one often has to wait a long time to get ones cold food.
So the staff actively avoid serving anyone at the counter to force you to use the self service screens. The self service screen never has any printer paper in it and only displays your order number for a fraction of a second so all 8 customers waiting didn't know their order numbers. The ditzy counter girl kept just saying order numbers staring blankly at people repeatedly even though we had all politely explained to her at least once that we did not know our order numbers.
After a long wait they gave me the wrong burger, cold fries and lots of attitude.

Stone cold soggy fries, a missing cheeseburger and zero fizz in the soda. Ten nuggets don’t make a meal for an adult and two kids. Worst effort yet.

We orderd 2 large meal at night, our oder was taken by the girl who was wearing blue shirt, and we ask her that we want every thing fresh and we are ready to wait for our food, but despite of that we didn't get anything fresh, which is an very bad. I hope guys improve your service.

Ordered two meals through menulog and it took 2 hours to be delivered.once delivered, one of the meals had no fries and the burger was completely wrong.my partner and i have both tried to contact the store a total of 9 times and no answer at all.i have never had such a bad experience at a mcdonalds before.

Bought a McFlurry and couldn’t believe how empty the cup was, the very limited chocolate sprinkles and distinct absence of any chocolate sauce. Certainly won’t be recommending a McFlurry or McDonald’s Manuaka anytime soon.

Probably wouldn’t recommend coming if you are Jewish / not a racist… found in the bathrooms.

Worst coffee ever. My wife and I ordered two small flat whites in drive through. Mine literally tasted like dishwater. My wife’s was proper coffee. Not good coffee but definitely coffee. My guess is they failed to refill their automatic machine. I won’t be returning.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Waiting for ages for food, staff had no idea what they’re doing. After waiting 25 minutes for a cheeseburger meal the chips were cold. Never again.

Hey you kids at maccas when someone orders a banana bread ITS STANDARD TO TOAST IT! TOAST IT WITHOUT ASKING FOR IT TO BE DONE. Tell your basic manager or il be throwing my untoasted banana bread at her face buttered side down!

This is the sad cheese toasty mcdonalds drive decided to give me today.instead of the yummy bread maccas usually uses they gave me the end slice of regular bread, had half the cheese missing, didn't even bother to butter it or even toast it properly
