I always order a burger with nothing on it but 2 patties and they always mess it up is only one

Waited 25 mins in the drive through for a hot chocoloate. Terrible service and no lack of common sense to direct cars in waiting bays so people who did no want to wait can move on. Worst McDonalds experience (and there have been a few) i have had in my lifetime.

It's awful. If I could give no stars, I would. It doesn't have anything good, or even NORMAL. Cold fries, warm drinks, burgers bad maked, and it's always the same, I've been there many times from long time and it never changes.
I'm sorry, but this is the truth.

Useless drive through workers. More than 50% of the time we have gone through the drive through the order is wrong! You have no time to check the bag before being forced to drive off. My son wanted chicken pieces today for lunch but when we arrived home found the order was the spicy chicken! My son couldn't eat that and it burnt his mouth. The original order for the sundae size was wrong as well. Pay attention people!

Driveway entrance is not designed for hatches and sedans. Highly likely to scrape your front bumper even if you enter very slowly. Not welcoming at all.

Edit: went back 1 year later and disappointed again. Cold fries after I ask for fresh fries. Left to wait in the waiting bay for 10mins then someone came out to ask what I was waiting for. After all that I was given half full fries. Waste of money.

Been there 3 times and everytime either my fries are missing or my burger isn't what i actually paid for, there is always something wrong with your order. Always check your order before picking up to make sure they have given you everything as per your order.

Its like every other maccas on the planet, what do you want me to say? Been to one, you've been to them all. There's a wheelchair ramp, some outdoor seating and a drive through.

Fast and pretty good deals through the app. Keeps the kids quiet for at least 3 minutes (good times).

This was awesome I called for a really weird Order and and they were gonnna make it happen great customer service

I went through the drive through, and when I got back home, more then half of my bacon Angus burger was missing. It only had cheese, sauce and paddy. No bacon, no tomato and no salad.

Rubbish. Cold food, slow service, poor parking, arrogant manager. Close to worst maccas I've been to.

They only have us 4 spair change instead if 16 they didint give us our big Mac cups even though we ordered 2 grand big Mac meals they didint even give us our suace the 10 nugget meal and the chip were cold

Bought hotcakes, did not receive butter and syrup.
This has soured my experience and I shall not return.

I ordered a BTS meal through uber eat and yeah, obviously the special part is about the sauce, but somehow they forgot to give them to me even though on the receipt, they stated specifically about the Cajun and Sweet chilli sauce! Totally disappointed about it! I don’t know if the restaurant run out of stock or there is other reason, but at least please gave me some other sauces for my nuggets cuz it was kinda tasteless to me when eating them without any sauce! Hopefully the restaurant won’t make the same mistake again!

They get it wrong sometimes but mostly the food is fresh and the wait is short. Good parking. Some of the drive through staff lovely others seem exhausted or bored. Nevertheless their prices are fair.

Jaxon is an incredible manager, very quick with food delivery but extremely patient whilst waiting for orders

I regularly drive through here for coffee in the morning on my way to work.
The staff are always friendly and happy and the coffee is consistantly great.

Don’t know how to make there stock line burgers. Asked for a McFeast got a quarter pounder with Mayo. What a joke plus in the mornings burn their coffee so bitter and served with cold milk!
Please don’t go even if they are close go to kippax
Glad I’m also not the only one that feels this as there bigmacs are terrible to like in previous reviews.
