McDonald's Braddon

I have come at 130am. 3am. 330am in the last 3 fridays after my work shift in city. I got a chesse burger combo. Then double cheeseburger following week then triple cheeseburger combo week after. How hard is it too put onions in cheese burger. If I order online you put extra to the point its over board. But if you ask for burger all ingredients must be provided. For years now after hours service does not provide your full burger services. Hope this changes this week.onwards.

Burger was dry, lacked sauce, and tasted weird.
Also they Refuse to give water in a large soft drink cup or mc Cafe cup etc But WILL give out a SMALL size.

$20pp to get cost price. 08c soft drink in a cup with $1 of fries and bread with a patty.

Worst of the worst store, no cleaning, worst sitting, less than average food, non professional staff

Ordered happy meal with toy but didn’t receive toy, food took ages to make and get and once we got the chips where stale, wraps where stuck to packaging and over was a terrible experience with some sort of spill out the back of the counter and loud screeching sounds which where extremely loud and not normal for McDonald’s. Overall wouldn’t recommend unless starving. Ordered on the tablet which was the only good thing.

Best most scrumptious food of my whole entire life on earth. Really authentic cuisine. 100/10 service

At 7: 39pm on the 15th one of your younger workers (I assume he just finished his shift at 7: 30) THREW his rubbish from 7/11 all along mort street.it’s absolutely disgusting behaviour and you should talk to him about how his rubbish needs to go in the bin not on our streets, especially when he’s wearing his work uniform and his behaviour reflects on your company.

Services and speed is really terrible there. Went a few times and they are really really SLOW. Already a few times. And today order ice cream and their machine doesn't work, they don't let you know and expect you to wait.

After attempting to ora a menu item that was displayed on the digital displays I was rudely told that it was not available
after querying. This I was confronted by the duty manager reinforcing that it was not available. After politely explaining that it is not appropriate to advertise a product that is not available here, relented, and sold me what was advertised.

EDIT Aug 2021: Still can't serve you fresh fries and fresh sandwich even if specifically asked and been told yes.motherfock!
Always a problem in store!
Either coke zero is empty, sauce are missing, sundae machine is broken, fries are cold, etc.
Plus, kitchen looks quite dirty. I believe this is a franchise, not a owned Maccas.

Ordered a customised burger from here but few things were missing in my burger, i realised after taking few bites, went back inside and the lady with black scarf sorted it out really well.
Customer service 10/10, highly recommend this place

Bought the fillet-o-fish meal and picked-up from drive thru last week. Fish was off and then over deep-fried trying to cover up it’s actually not fresh at all. Dark brown colour and hard outside and loose inside. However, it’s still smelly, and the meat was even grey. Had a second bite but didn’t swallow just to take these photos. Threw away completely as it was disgusting. Complained on Maccas’ website but never got a response from the manager or anyone. Obviously they don’t care.

Food tastes terrible actually threw my meal away and so did my mate.

They used cheeseburger parties for sausage mcmuffins.

Drinks not made correctly

Ordered last night and didn't get a paper receipt. They didn't actually give me my food because I couldn't exactly replicate the details of my order. My bank was in the middle of maintenance so I couldn't prove my order.spent $20 and didn't actually get any food.

Our sourdough toast was warmed bread and no Vegemite was available. When we asked for the toast to be redone it was presented in the same soggy, warmed bread state. We were told that the toaster setting would only produce this result. We returned the food. No offer of refund was offered. NOT impressed Maccas!

Every time I get food from this mcdonalds there is always an issue! This time I ordered 2 cheese burgers only for one to have half a patty and the meat on both burgers for some unknown reason is a gross pinkish white colour and smells like something out of the rear end of a dog. Word to the wise, if you want a decent feed of maccas don't go to Braddon.

The new salad dressing is too sweet for me. The previous one is a bit sour, but better than the new type.
I understand the difficulty of quality control over tomatoes, but plz consider a new method about it. Most of the tomatoes are limp.
It's getting better!

Got us to park so they could cook fresh hash browns, gave us one fresh one and two cold stale ones! The sausage mcmuff was close to inedible. Bread hard and musty.

Great seating area. Good service and staff. For Muslims it's got a lot of Halal options. It's halal certified and you can check that at the counter.

McDonald's Braddon at Canberra

It is definitely just a stone throw away from the serviced apartment we stayed in the night before.

Our travelling group have our McDonald's breakfast before we depart Canberra.

There were only one or two other customers having takeaway breakfast when we were there. My wife and I ordered McMuffin with Bacon and Egg, and free senior coffee.

The staff did check to ensure that both cups of coffee were for senior consumption.

Serving trays were not used, probably due to Covid pandemic. However, I believe it is an overuse of wrapping and packaging materials. Each muffin is wrapped, and the two Muffins were placed in bag. The coffee in a cup with lid, and bothculs were placed I in a specially designed box-tray.
