McDonald's Belconnen

The customer service in this store is so nice with those new staffs️ I ordered my meal 9 July at around 2pm, the girl wearing short hair took my order and was even sending me the meal to my table with the ability of recognising customersThanks Macca.

Deliberately gets orders wrong on uber eats when an item is unavailable instead of simply cancelling the order or better yet contacting the customer with the option of cancelling the order

Sorry for asking for a spare paper bag every Friday evening. The kids want their own fries bag instead of sharing.

I ordered 10 nuggets and only received sauce. NO NUGGETS. I will not be wasting my money here again

Order 10/6 at around 5pm, only two tables there. Ordered 2 hot chocolate served warm with marshmallows. Received burning hot drink with no marshmallow. The staff didn’t release there was an McCafé order after 5 mins. This is the worst Macs in Canberra. Not busy but always dirty floor and table. Bad customer service.

My egg& bacon mac muffin was hard as a rock I wish I had enough time 2 turn around & complain worst macmuffin i have ever had!

If could give this McDonald 0 stars I would the breakfast was cold the hot chocolate was cold ill never return there again

When you ask for fresh fries that means the rest of your food is sitting there waiting for the fries to come up so the rest of the food is ridiculously gross cold and soggy and the fries are kind of lukewarm mcchicken patty was completely out of the bun cheese 90% melted to the box not actually on the burger.
I don’t know why I continue to come back probably because it’s the closest McDonald’s to me and I get a bit too hung over but it’s so funny because any time you actually try to call and complain their phone is off, they just don’t answer the phone it goes straight to voicemail

I ordered from menulog a medium quarter pounder meal and was missing my fries. Wth. Not good enough! I didn't wait 50 minutes for that: (

I order the chicken burger without mayo suace everytime. However！！！ ！ ！ they add sauce 90% most of time！！！！ What if a customer is allergic？

We have a large family and lot's of different orders and this by far has to be the best and fastest maccas we have ever been to.never stuffed up our orders 10 star's I would recommend

Maccas Belco is fine for a quick cheap feed. Good service, care taken with the meal prep.
Gets a bit busy when the college kids come in from over the road.

Truth be told this is as you'd expect in a Maccas store. Cleanliness is usually up to scratch but I've noticed a couple of semi rare exceptions, bit it's not really a big deal.

The food and the drinks are pretty cheap. I mean.definitely not how they're supposed to look like according to the ads but oh well.you get what you're paying for. This maccas is located in a nice area, however.

Consistently the worst quality food and service, hygiene isn't great either. We had some black grease all over the burgers. Bread dry generally grose

McDonald’s has always been my favourite but now i am disgusted yesterday I went and got a Big Mac and I opened it and they doused it with onions and cheese I was so disgusted and threw it in the bin and today my mum got me McDonald’s and when I opened it it had white bumps in the chicken this is so disgusting and I will never ever go to Maccas again

Suggestion on the way coffee is prepared. Coffees that are ordered for consumption at a table in the store are regularly made in takeaway paper cups rather than dine in cups.

Just a typical Macca's. The drive-through could use an update; the waiting bays are v awkwardly placed.

I'd go back due to convenience however I had massive trouble scanning an item through self serve. The person helped me intially, the machine froze and went on a different one and the attendant got angry at me and I felt like she thought I was incompetent for moving self serve checkouts and due to the machines keep crashing.

Food quality isn't the best, service is okay but over all is pretty bland & sad!
Staff seriously need motivation to actually be happy!
