66 Great coffee and breakfast.
I ordered Salad of Day - it was Cesar salad - awesome. Highly recommend. They have outdoor sitting, so dogs are welcome. Picturesque view. Friendly service. In the morning, there is plenty of parking in the street - 5-10 min walk from the place.
It was overly priced, they charged me $5.50 for an extra slice of toast! Nothing special to justify the price charged. I will never go there again.
The menu looked fantastic. Plenty of vegetarian options. We enjoyed our food and drinks and looking forward to visiting again.
Expensive for what it is. Better alternatives nearby and in Braddon, Campbell. Surcharges are hidden on the bottom of the menu.
Food was nice, coffee a bit on the small side. Busy little cafe. Mostly disappointed with the gruff staff who pretty much berated me for bringing a pram in. I was clearly trying to find somewhere to put it out of the way and there were far more polite ways for them to have handled the situation.
Highly recommend the eggs and mushrooms! Great coffee, service and vibe. A Canberra classic, popular with the locals for a reason.
Delicious veggie bowl and poached eggs brunch & an almond latte with a water view. Perfect start to the day at Kingston Foreshore precinct after a 2km return walk to the Jerrabombarra wetlands is highly recommended️? ?
This is my absolute favourite Cafe. The service is unmatched ️. Amazing food and service. Thank you so much. I
This place was a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle. Busy but not too crowded and loud. The atmosphere was relaxed and chilled. The food was amazing- I got the lamb and chickpea salad- the lamb was juicy and tender and fell to pieces, lots of it too. Lovely combination of spices. Fresh greens and feta! My husband got the soup special - carrot and pumpkin with just the right amount of chili hit- very flavorful and fresh! Very generous serving sizes.
Staff weren’t the nicest, took 25 min just to take our order. Called them over and we were ignored
Very difficult to visit a cafe that has trading hours both online and on the door that they don't follow. I'm sure it would be great if they informed their patrons of their correct trading hours
Delicious. Always worth the wait. They care about food. Never had a bad meal and staff are always lovely. Jen
Definitely not worth your money. Coffee terrible, the long black had a sour taste.could not taste the coffe in my cappuccino. They have surcharges on weekends (pretty normal) but with the quality food makes it not worth it.
Great place. Delicious food, wonderfully friendly staff, all in attractive location.
Very poplar so might find it busy with bit of wait for table; even when busy service is good and quality of food undiminished.
Very welcoming of solo dinners with the long table all ready and waiting.
Always guaranteed a great coffee & delicious food. Fresh healthy menu that I’m sure would suit most fussy eaters.
Had brekkie there when in Canberra for a wedding. Not your run of the mill Cafe. Interesting and tasty food, good coffee, delicious pastries and muffins. Worth a try.
Absolutely delicious food, wonderful coffee, and fantastic staff. It has a really nice vibe, the service is plentiful, attentive, & super quick, and it's situated right where you want to be in Kingston.
Had an awesome family brunch here on ANZAC Day. Great food and coffee. Awesome staff and service.
This place deserves the highest rating for their exceptional customer service, along with their outstanding food and coffee at extremely reasonable prices. Will definitely visit again!
Had breakfast here after a morning of boating on the lake. Their coffee was excellent and I would recommend long black over flat white. Also recommended is their jack fruit taco. Build your own breakfast is a great idea though it turns out to be an expensive option in the end unfortunately. Loved the house relish as well.
