This place is busy at times, but boy were we impressed. We arrived as a group of 8 and were looked after well. Being vegetarian, we were spoilt for choice here. Certainly try the Cauliflower burger! Coffee is Ammmaazing. We will be back. Thanks for the lovey brunch Little Oink and crew:)

Staff, as usual, were pleasant and helpful. Food was pleasant and then the hot chocolate was really hot.

Super busy place on a weekend. Long lines if you're ordering coffee/beverage to go. The food are delicious and comedically named (albeit a mouthful to say). Prices are about what you'd expect at a cafe in Canberra. The staff are friendly and there are outdoor seating that's dog friendly.

We sat down for brunch and ordered the Get In My Pork Belly Returns and You Are All I Avo Wanted (see what I mean about the names?). The food came out within reasonable time and were pretty tasty. The portions were perhaps on the smaller side but we were satisfied with a coffee/chai to go along with our food.

I overheard customers asking the staff about their coffee orders. Seemed like they were a bit too swarmed to keep track of people's orders.

Service is very good at times, and not so good at other times.but food is always tasty. I used to go here a lot of times haven’t been recently anymore. I seem to remember some terrible coffee a few times that turned my off from this place but I remember the food was always good. Anyways all great cafes have some season of bad coffee and hopefully that season has passed. I will be back when I can

I have been to this little cafe several times over the past few years. It is certainly a convenient meeting point for walkers and runners, and those with a dog, as there is outdoor as well as indoor seating. The food and coffee is generally good. I feel the service is variable (especially over the last few months) and possibly related to not enough staff during busy periods. Terribly disappointed recently when a booking made the previous day was not recorded.

Great little brunch place for decent groups when weather permits.delish 2 by 10 coffee and varied options on menu.

Defo a place to add to the list.

Busy little Cafe. Food was delicious. Service was on the slow side but adequate. Took our number and text when a table was free

Menu is good and service is friendly. Coffee is great. Food was good too. Just some glasses and cutlery looked like it could be washed better. Could have been a one off. Will go there again though.

Lovely little cafe. Dog friendly outdoors seating at the front (with large umbrellas for shade).
Ordered the pork belly which was amazing!

Sadly Covid has impacted the service negatively in creating palpable stress for some people, with the female barista having particular trouble with it - short tempered and curt with staff and complaining about customers within earshot. Don't ask for anything extra e.g. Salt. Which took so long to arrive I was 2/3 finished with my meal. The Vegemite I requested didnt make an appearance at all. Coffee arrived halfway through the meal and was not as good as it used to be (though I suspect the coffee hasn't changed.). The food was still great though - go chefs! Its been 6 months since I was here - I'll wait another 6 before trying again, maybe it will be back to normal (and I'm not talking about Covid). PS. To the male wait staff member ; feel free to take one coffee out at a time = less confusion - dont listen to her! I appreciate your friendly smile which was a saving grace of my visit, cheers.

Dropped in for takeaway today. Chicken toastie was very average. Does anyone still use chopped chicken in a cafe? Well, they do here! Ugh, all skin and fat. C'mon, you can do better.

Average coffee and milo like iced chocolate, old milk bar taste. We ordered together but mine was served more than 10 minutes after the coffee. Not very professional service. We won’t be back. The inside was empty at lunch time on Sunday.

Ive been here a few times now, but never wrote anything about it. I stopped in this morning for a quick coffee, but ended up grabbing a bacon and egg roll too. I saw a couple of people eating them and couldnt resist.

The secret is obviously out because the place is always busy. I managed to sneak an outside table. Lucky timing!

Anyway, staff are always friendly and helpful. My order was taken quickly, and before i knew it, my piccolo was on my table.

Its tasty coffee. Different to the Ona beans that seem so common around town. Good flavour, and nice and smooth.

The, my bacon and egg roll was here. Just the basic one this morning. And u say basic, but man, there was two eggs and plentry of bacon. Bbq sauce to top it off. Just what i needed before starting the day. So good.

I dont get to Cook too often, but when i do, definitely worth popping in.

Thanks guys. See you next time.

Very nice good and coffee. Gluten free and vegetarian options available. Outside seating is lovely when the weather is warm.

Tucked away at Cook shops really is a Canberra gem. Very laid back cafe with excellent food (try the Jordo bacon and egg burger). Tables outside in the sun very relaxing set up. Staff are very friendly and happy which is often rare these days. I'll be back.

I've been meaning to try out Little Oink for a while and went today for some brunch - wasn't disappointed. The service was good, the food was served in a timely manner and it tasted awesome to boot (we had the fried chicken burger).

Pricing is on par with most of the little cafes around town, though the portion size is a bit smaller than what I would normally expect for the price.

Otherwise highly recommend!

Little Oink, one of the destination coffee shops in Canberra. Easy to access, great coffee, fresh juice and other beverages and simple but tasty reliable menu to satisfy the appetite. Indoor and outdoor dining options add to the appeal.

Coffee here had a fabulous aroma and taste. The smashed avo was exceptionally tasty. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. There was slightly more free seating outside than in, so keep weather in mind if you're not pre booking a table.

Extremely poor service! Waited for 20 mins and no one bothered to serve us. I ordered take away and left. Will never return.

Enjoyed my food here. Great with the heater outside. Not a lot to choose from menu wise and wish places sold diet coke not coke zero. Unfortunately the smoothie machine was broken so just had water in the end. Didn't realise I'd get a fee using credit card as they wouldn't accept cash. Easy parking. Staff were lovely!
