I have been for laser treatment for 3 times and today was my 4th session and the lady named Amanda was great. She was amazing and helpful throughout.

The worst experience I've ever had. I used to visit the Gungahlin one and it was fine. Earlier this year I prepaid a LED yellow light treatment online and visited the City branch. The lady doing the consulting was nice and recommended me to change yellow light to two blue light sessions under the promotion at that time (buy one get one free). I then prepaid another two blue lights under the same promotion for next months' sessions and that's when everything got messed up.

After I finished the second month's blue light treatment, the person doing the treatment (not the same lady as before) told me I don't have prepaid on my account and hence I paid another session's blue light. I checked my payment history and went back to the store and explained the whole situation to another lady with a pair of glasses, who was working at the front. She kept using "I don't know what you paid last time" for the first 5 minutes until I asked if she can check my record in their system. She then checked and obviously there were some comments from the previous treatment lady. She agreed to refund the extra charge (one blue light treatment fee and the initial yellow light treatment) to my account as credit. More than one week's gone now and there's nothing shown in my account.

I understand that this is a busy branch and because of the whole promotion arrangements, the situation is confusing for her. But shouldn't the last lady (yes, the one with the glasses) handle the situation better instead of trying to fool me away? Even if she doesn't understand and couldn't be sure if overcharging is the case, shouldn't she try to find what happened instead of convincing me with.lies and nothing? I wonder if her way of handling things has anything to do with me being young and Asian and if she will treat others looking older and white using the same strategy.

Anyway, don't care about the money now but need to post this for anyone's future reference.

Have been coming to this clinic from long time but today was the best service I got. Always ask for Francia Matias. She is thorough with her work, courteous and above all, will give you the best service. *****

II had my laser injections done two weeks ago, unfortunately not much effective as the after effect is not appealing and remains the same.

Phones don’t get answered, treatments are soooo variable depending on the person you get, not enough QA or training, appointments you’ve been waiting weeks for get bumped because of double booking, don’t buy the packages as then you’re stuck going there.

TLDR: staff are helpful, laser hair removal is great, company policy on prepaid session expiry needs revisiting.

I've been going here for years, as it removes hair for ages, and am now at the stage where i only need a yearly touch up. I've called to make an appointment and the staff member was lovely, however informed me that my prepaid sessions had recently expired. For a business that prides themselves on their product working, I was very disappointed, and sort of said never mind then. The lady spoke to her manager and agreed to give me a "free" session which was nice, though i can't help but feel it isn't free if I had paid for it.

I had lip fillers done as my top lip was naturaly uneven and can not recommended this place more highly talked me through everything from start to finish made me really feel more at ease. Will definitely be going back

The service was excellent, the person who did my service was amazing. They understood my target area & made me comfortable. I have definitely found the most amazing laser place and will definitely be back again, great find after moving from Melbourne. Thank you

I've had several appointments with Kiri at Canberra Centre LCA and she is fantastic. From reorganising my appointments to optimise my time, to answering every single question I had about Kleresca and Coolsculpting during the consultations. You can tell she is very knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured to buy any unnecessary products (which I really appreciate!) and all her recommendations for products/make up/treatments have worked great. I have now updated my scheduled sessions to have them with her. I can tell she really cares about her clients and the outcomes, about being professional and really just being authentic, a combination not easy to find.

Meg is an awesome therapist at LCA Canberra Center. She gave me thorough information about microdermabrasion service (and others), what it involves, how long, and what best for my skin type, she is very knowledgable. In addition, during each session Meg is always gentle, mindful and thorough in everything she did to my skin. My skin feels clean and fresh after the micro sessions. So worth it ️

Bad customer service, unprofessional team they got my appointments confused several times never went back to them and never recommended that bad branch to anyone i know cuz when u get there on ur appointment u’ll fined ur appointment got confused with someone else or they forgot to confirm it for you!

I've been getting my Laser & skin treatments done there & have had some Botox done to. Which I loved the results of.
