Kingsley's Chicken Kippax

ANY other store is better than this sesspit, absolute rubbish service and staff, they dont listen and always have endless lines.the young staff member then continued to be aggressive and asked customers to 'come out the front' rather than actually work.average wait time is around 25/40 mins. In the end the order was completely wrong. DONT waste your time, just go to belconnen.

Many people recommended this fried chicken restaurant to me, and after trying it, I found it really delicious. I would also recommend others to come here for the fried chicken. The fries at this restaurant are also very tasty.

The burgers are soo good, even the chips and chicken. They add the perfect amount of cheese chicken and mayonnaise. Definitely recommend the southern fry burger.

I love Kingsley's chicken, chips and gravy. Can be overcooked like the other chicken place but generally it's terrific.

Unfortunately no consistency with quality of food.
You have to wait regardless of your order so no reason why it can’t all be fresh but instead you might get one or two fresh items whilst the others have been sitting under the heat lamps for five or ten minutes.

Quick service and friendly staff. On a very busy night was easy to order on line and pick up. Thank you to all staff being so friendly.

I think they have some of the best chips in Canberra,
and cause u can only get them here, I usually only get them when I am down.

But it's not just that. They have chicken, of course, and I think the gravy is pretty good for chip dipping.

There are numerous locations around town inc qbn. So if you're in town, be sure to check it out.

Tried to order online at 8: 30pm, store closes at 9pm. Website wouldn't accept order. I called the store to see if I can give him my order over the phone, and pick it up by 9. The male who answered was really rude and said "it's too late to make an order. We close at 9, and it will take too long". This was NOT for delivery, as they don't even offer that northside. I was coming to pick it up in person. Pretty bad to refuse service 30 mins before they close.
Store just missed out on $$$ and I won't be returning to this store again. The staff at kippax are always so rude. Food is usually gross here anyway. Unfortunately only been going here because Belconnen hasn't reopened yet.

I'm a chip lover, a seasonal chip eater and I have been to lots of places for hot chips, I can honestly say without any doubt KINGSLEYS CHICKEN KIPPAX LIVE UP TO THEIR REPUTATION UNBELIEVABLE CHICKEN AND AWESOME CHIPS

The Southern Fried Chicken is mediocre as it tends to be dry and as saltly as a bitcoin investor who bought at $60,000. The BBQ chicken is the better bet and the gravy is quite nice (YMMV).

Thank you guys for trying do you best. Could you please ask you guys to reduce the Salt in a chicken fillet because this is much salty. Thanks again

Love it! Friendly people, tasty burgers, chips and nuggets. I love going to kingsleys and I highly recommend it! Whoever says it’s not good, you need a brain. Deal with it because nothing is better than this

As long as you stick to the original Southern fried chicken pieces, burger and chips you will be happy. The processed chicken chips and nuggets are not worth it.

Was there on Saturday 19/2, to get lunch, service was below par same as the pieces I bought. Also I believe it was the owner's daughter, serving without uniform. Did not feel like a visit to Kingsley's, very bad for your reputation.

I Had a great experience, people were lovely, food was fresh and had a nice crunch. Overall good experience would recommend to friends and family

The new tender wrap was good! Also the classic southern fried chicken is a must-try. Friendly staff & yum food

Unfortunately the manager of this place has no people skills and is extremely disrespectful and rude to his staff. Actually not that respectful to customers either. Food is good though.

Extremely rude service. Walked away multiple times and left us in the middle of ordering. Really loud beeping machines. Didn't even speak the whole order. Chose the smallest 4 pieces as we watched because 2 were free. Chips were ok. Only saving point. Will not return.

Unprofessional staff, served me with unfresh, unhygienic and unpreserved Burgers. In the night time, they donot serve you if you don’t have cash.

The service is way to slow stood there for ages waiting to be served only one other person in the shop. We placed our order to be asked on numerous occasions what we wanted. In the end we got our food it wasn't enjoyable at all. I should of walked out when I was waiting to order.
