WOW, Fantastic pricing - couldn't believe value for money.
Good range of post seasonal stock, with lots of sizes.

Shop was chocka but very little selection. Was just bulk of the same items.
Next to no shoes at all.
Staff didn’t acknowledge presence.
Store was reasonably neat and tidy.

This store carries a wide range of quality outdoor clothing options from the brand. They have shoes too.
Friendly staff who try their best to provide excellent customer service around exchanges and refunds for online orders.
Car park cam be tricky in this area.

Visited Kathmandu Canberra Outlet in Braddon today. My son bought an Epiq long-length duck-down jacket. Great piece of kit! Customer service was a little underwhelming but, hey, who ever met an enthusiastic coat salesman?

Chaotic on the weekend at the beginning of cold weather, but pretty good discounts. Worth knowing in advance that not all current range here.

Helpful staff. Quality gear but expensive. Occasionally I buy when something is on clearance and I really need it

Some really great deals at the moment with the clearance sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful

They sell small gas bottles here, but the gas fitting to fill them at this store is 'broken'! Has been for some time. What's the point of buying a gas bottle from them when they send you on the runaround of Fyshwick to find somewhere else to fill it. Let alone the ethics behind after purchasing one of the expensive little things, they then tell you they cant fill it! About as helpful and useful as an ashtray for a motorbike!

We got good collection over here i must say that, if you entered in you ll never out with something on your hand.

Martin did a great job as acting manager today. Great advice when I first bought my jacket and great customer service when I had to unfortunately return it. (Not to martins fault, but to Kathmandu’s shotty manufacturing). Would not recommend NGX3 jackets; coming from a ski instructor, but would recommend Martin as a pal coming from a pal. ️

Great little store, has almost everything. The good thing is that you always get the size you want.
Not too much for the KIDS though, which is a shame.

Got my full refund for faulty down jacket. However they insist it was second hand while I bought it as an 50 percent discount.

Happy to have found another quality piece (or two, or three!) this trip! I like that the service staff is always helpful and unobtrusive on top of great bargains:)

A decent range for a Kathmandu. Has the usual stock and more likely to have what you want than others.

I spend all of my money at this place but it is well worth it. Great quality and keeps me warm in the cool Canberra winters.

Great customer service! I was served by a staff member Peter as i recalled and was very patient and attentive to all my needs! Thumb up!

Nice staff who are happy to help and share advice.
Clothing is good however I only buy it when on sale.
Good luck in trying to find parking as the on-street spaces are hard to come by. Nearest parking station is over near the Civic Centre

The staff at this store are incredible. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable on all their products and their uses. Don't hover over you and let you take your time and the prices are significantly reduced from normal Kathmandu stores. Only downside is parking in front of the store is rare to non-existent. I park at Civic centre and walk here.
