We had difficulties finding particular size and Belconnen staff were pretty good keeping 1 safe for us and staff were pretty good with information when I asked them for washing instructions

Good stock and size ranges. Dressing rooms are decently clean and mostly empty besides few previous tried on items. Not very many staff on hand so is hard to get assistance unless your paying for your purchases.

Excellent! Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because many of the different colours of the jacket I was after didn't have the particular size I wanted, so had to settle for a less preferable colour.

Still happy with my purchase though. The store is very tidy and the staff is friendly.

Very poor service and a terrible experience, we just walked out. We were looking to spend about $1500 there and got treated like second class citizens.

Needs more work on customer service, the tall guy that works there was not friendly at all, impatient and didnt look like he wanted to be there.

My first visit to Westfield Belconnen in 8wks and this was a great experience to visit Kathmandu. Covid procedures all instigated and working well. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of clothing and outdoor items. Perfect for the Canberra winters.

I was glad when the shop was opened in Belco. The staff are very good, knowledgeable and helpful. The shop isn't huge but it's got everything you may need for adults and kids. The location of the shop is convenient just near bus stop and Target.

Misleading. I started my trek to Kathmandu and i arrived somewhat confused when to my suprise it was Kathmandu BELCONNEN. Hmmm I wanted Kathmandu the captial of Nepal. Oh well. Made the most of a bad situation and bought some cool funky gear. Good staff who were apologetic for the misunderstanding regarding Nepal v Belconnen especially as Belconnen is a down grade to Nepal.

-Really good quality! I often wait on sale and buy. I bought a backpack for my kid and still looks brand new one after wash it. I love it.

Bad
-Expensive but good quality.

(No Refund, Exchange Only). I have bought thermal clothes for my family. In the same day I tried one of them and I didn't like it. So, I decided to return the rest. In the next day, I went to return them and I was not happy that I need to buy some thing I don't need instead according to the policy.

Staff are very helpful in this particular Kathmandu store. They knew about the products well! Which led me to purchase a few things.

Hopeless. Was looking to try a decent pair of Hiking boots. No boots under a size 9 even available. The Staff member didnt even offer to measure my foot to double check size.

I was looking for a warm jacket to wear underneath my bike gear. I was helped by Nathan the store manager. He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. I ended up getting the jacket he first recommended and it's done its job beautifully. I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.
