Dr Lany Lin is one of the best doctors in his industry. His knowledge matched with his non-judgmental genuine desire to heal is a rare treasure.
The other doctors seem great too but I’ve not seen them enough to give a truthful review.
Fees are average for these days, but worth every cent

I find Dr. J Lolljee extremely helpful, he actually listens to you and looks you in the eye, he is patient and very caring of your needs; I would most certainly recommend him to anyone as their practioner. Julia Carter

I attended a video conference today due to not being able to attend in person. I was told regualrly where I was in the queue so I could do other things while waiting for my turn. The Dr was very helpful and I was emailed a medical certificate and made online payment after the appointment. Thank you!

Been with this group since before they opened run by brilliant caring professionally excellent GPs specialising in providing community medicine solutions to the area and clients.outstanding physicians and allied health professionals in all areas. Staff have always treated me with respect and understanding and a genuine beacon in the Tuggeranong valley and ACT area for outstanding general practice medicine and support for the future through links to ANY medical student programs.everything I have ever needed from a GP practice. Must be twenty plus years since many of the GPs worked out of an earlier practice at Calwell where Donna and Rasmi provided me with care.

Great practice, always have quality doctors and today’s visit with Dr Dan was great. He is fantastic with kids and uses the right amount of humour to get the answers. Have been going there for years now!

This clinic asks for contactless payments. There is a sign asking for them. This is good practice in this day of covid. BUT they then charge a surcharge for using contactless payments. I’ve never been to another medical practice that charged a surcharge. In this day and age, the fees for contactless payments are a normal part of business - not for a surcharge. And especially not when it’s good medical practice to encourage contactless payments.

My partner has her second dose of Covid. It’s fairly severe this time. She asked for anti virals, she 58 and has two of the required additional symptoms. A doctor (not her usual) told her Covid anti virals are only for patients with cancer etc. This doctor needs to look at the Aus Govt site for Covid anti virals and catch up with 2022. Hopefully nothing serious happens to my partner otherwise I will be reaching for the biggest legal firm that deals in medical malpractice

I attended the Isabella Plains Medical Centre yesterday for my COVID-19 booster shot. The process was professional and quick, Friendly staff who all did a great job.

A wonderful practice. It would be nice though not to be charged full price if all you are needing a a script to be refilled

I've been seeing Dr Usha Rao for over 10 years now and she's great. She genuinely cares for her patients and listens to their concerns.

Dr Kerrie is absolutely amazing! She is so kind and compassionate and extremely thorough. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending Isabella Plains Medical Centre.

Isabella Plains Medical Centre staff were fabulous today. Friendly, efficient (I only had to wait 15 mins for my 4th jab!) and most obliging (printed off a statement for me of all inoculations as I’m going to Qld & wanted proof of having the vaccine, just in case.)

Dr Kerrie Aust is an amazing GP, always so thorough, kind and makes us all feel very comfortable & heard. She is amazing with my kids, there is never any fear and they are always happy to see her. We feel so lucky to have found such an amazing doctor who really cares. She forms a great doctor/patient relationship with us that makes us feel like we are in safe hands. We have full trust in her health care and vast knowledge.

As I have been out of town for a couple of years now I was so please that I could still get in and see the local doctor in less then 24 hours.

I saw Dr. Kath Cummins today for a skin check…. She is everything that everyone raves about.great “bedside manner”, real & in touch with people. Definitely worth the wait to see her ️
