Lovely doctor, excellent reception staff. Very positive appointment with Nurse Megan as well. Great follow-up.

These people are great. One successfully diagnosed me with cancer and it has now been treated and looks successful. A good story indeed.

Dr George was amazing, very kind and helpful. Will definitely be coming to him again! The staff was also helpful over the phone.

Telehealth was amazing - even though there was a delay the dr answered all my questions. Where it all went pear shaped was after the appointment.

Was supposed to get a script and med cert sent via email - attempted to contact the reception desk from 4pm (3 hours after my appt) when all calls diverted to the voicemail saying the clinic was closed. Huh? Doesn’t it shut at 5: 30pm?

Attempted to contact via emergency - he said he would send the reception a message. No response.

Attempted via Westfield concierge who took my mb number to the reception and requested a call back. It’s now 5: 33pm and there was no call, email or message.

Try submitting a webform to their complaints and getting past the name field - what an absolute joke. And to think I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE.

So now I have to wait until tomorrow for someone to send me my script for antibiotics - thank you guys, amazing service, you really set the bar.

Update 26/6/23 7pm - Thank you to the practice manager who resolved my concerns tonight. I was able to pick up the script and get my medication from my local chemist. Amended my rating.

New to Canberra, and looking for a GP in the area. I was recommended Hyperdome by family members.
I phoned reception this afternoon looking for information about the doctors, and although they were about to close the receptionist was very helpful and polite (and patient, I do rattle on!). A wonderful first impression, and will definitely be booking in.

I've been coming here for 4 years and have never considered going elsewhere. My doctor is fabulous and has always displayed both a kind and measured approach to my care. This practice has moved gradually away from bulk billing but the transition was clearly communicated and gradually implemented. Yes, I've waited for my appointment occasionally but my doctor sometimes takes extra time with me when necessary so it works out in the end. The one star reviews based solely on this minor inconvenience are unfair.

Dr George is awesome he is so thorough and takes the time to listen to his patients. He is kind and caring and very knowledgeable.

Also to the reception girls. I don't know all their names but very friendly service from Ashleigh, Simu and Ali.

Excellent Medical Centre that provides friendly professional services. My GP (Dr Ikenna Alaebo) in particular is outstanding and always provides accurate diagnosis to my issues. In addition the reception staff are friendly and helpful.

What an amazing experience visiting a GP here in Canberra. It was my first visit to Hyperdome.

The receptionist was very helpful. Valerie if that’s right was an exceptional GP. She was very professional yet kind, and comforting. She was ready to listen to her patient and provided great suggestions. Thanks Valerie.

I had to get an emergency appointment because my adhd meds ran out, so I couldn't see my regular Dr. This new Dr told me that he COULD dispense a script but he refused because he felt "uncomfortable" because he "didn't know me. " And "didn't have enough time in 3 minutes to get a backstory as to why I needed the medication" even though I'd been on it for almost a year now with consistent use of meds. He then told me that "missing a couple of days of these meds won't kill me" when I am infact suicidal. It's a high dose that messes me up when I'm even 2 hours late to take it. His surname started with B. Don't go to him.

Couldn't see my regular GP, but all the Doctors there are very good. Have a very high confidence of getting professional consultation everytime, support staff are great too, thank you.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Khan a couple of months ago. I was feeling unwell but there was no caring factor and no therapeutic communication. I felt judge coming from a different ethnic background. I was just asking for a medical exemption for the covid booster until I get better but he was instead explaining me the health policy in Australia.

We’re very happy with Hyperdom Medical Centre. Staff are friendly and good doctors. Dr Ikenna Alaebo is my best family doctor.

Bad experience with the doctor today. He has no listening skills and he did not provide any feed back on what was wrong with me. He asked me to have a scan done and to see him again without explaining why. He provided a one word answer to 2 important questions I asked about my conditions. Not impressed.

Rude doctor, booked in to see Amirtharajan Selvakumar and he was 15 minutes late. Then went on to say inwill be charged $220 for something I have previously had done under Medicare. When I tried to ask more about it he said I can go anywhere else and did not speak to me. Front desk ladies were very nice.

Dr Lo was a great GP when she was here. Since she left, Dr Lau becomes my doctor who is very professional, kind, helpful and always on time. I am pretty happy to see her. Dr George is good as well. And most of the receptionists are nice!

The reception staff are friendly, professional and always helpful. I've only seen the one doctor there and I can say that I am very happy with each appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr Ikenna, he has been very helpful and understanding.
