I like Hudsons.they have very prompt service. The quickest service in town. I have been going there for years. Friendly smiling faces to greet you.

Thought I already reviewed this place but deserves five stars. Food is delicious and is surprisingly served very quickly. I love the beef burger and shakes. Admittedly haven’t tried too much else but everything looks tempting.

The staff at Hudsons are incredibly friendly and helpful and happy to help and be there. All their food is delicious, good for the soul and very reasonably priced. Best cafe in Canberra!

Some of the best service I have ever experienced in my life. They go out of their way to be helpful. After a couple of times going in to Hudsons, they knew my name as well as my regular orders. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Good food, good time for all. Went twice in 2 days, so was outside not in (1st time). Table a bit rickety. 2nd time inside and was good. Distancing was maintained from others. Was not crowded at that time. 1st time was a bit more crowded (still ok distancing). Coffee was good, not too bitter, had the breakfast plate.reasonable value.

The absolute best place in Canberra, and still around. Good, honest food, reasonable prices, big serves, no wankery and lovely service. The menu is also massive, and the Smoothies are great too.

Food is good value and tasty! Service is very friendly and quick. Inside smells a bit like moth balls for some reason, but sitting outside is lovely.

My mother is obsessed with this cafe and has been coming here for the past seven years every time she visits Canberra. The portions are enormous. One time I came here for brunch and persevered to finish my entire burger and chips and then I didn't eat again that day, was so full I couldn't sleep at night, and then barely needed to eat breakfast because I was still full. Now I make sure to just eat half the burger and take the other half home because that was basically the worst day of my life.
The food is pretty good and although I have some issues with the vegetarian options I have discovered the ways to make them better. The pumpkin feta burger is the best of them and you just need to squish the pattie so it actually fits over the bread and then put the entire side salad onto the burger. The juices are also very nice and I recommend the supersip.

Serve of pancakes is tiny.
Poached eggs were not poached.
Poached eggs - you could taste the eggs separate to the bread.
Maple syrup is just maple flavoured syrup and I think it might've been expired; it was too lacy.
Desserts in the fridge look like they've been there for weeks.
Smoothies are average.
Prices are reasonable.

Food is good and service is prompt, but although I booked a table, there was no sign that one had been reserved when I got there. Seating inside is fairly cramped.

The food is great, reasonably cheap.

My Favorite Breakfast is the Gary Special.

That is Steak with Cheese, Tomato, Scrambled eggs and Holindaise sauce.

Near by toilets and others shops.

If you're up for a greasy breakfast this is the best place to go in Dickson. Food is of takeaway standard and quite expensive for the quality. I'd say ditch this place and go to the neighbouring cafe next door. It's much better and cheaper too.
