Sorry to say but the girls answeing the calls/receptionist needs to be given knowledge about your medical centres, they NOT OF ANYTHING.

The doctor called me 20+ minutes after the original appointment time, but there was a connection issue and my phone didn’t notify me that I was getting a call until I received a missed call voice message, I called the practice back less than one minute later however the doctor had already taken in another patient…

I called reception three times over two hours for an ETA and was reassured every time that the doctor would call me, but after two hours I just cancelled because I want to see a doctor who respects my time.

I appreciate that everyone’s busy and we’re all trying to do our best but nah this is unacceptable for a Telehealth appointment that’s not even bulk billed.

$64 to get a bloody medical certificate which im still waiting on, and how can i have the flu when i tested positive to COVID here are the two tests and where are my medical certs

The waiting times are so messed up. You're appointment is at 1: 20? No it's not it's at 1: 55 and then it's a 10 minute appointment. So where's the holdup? Took me 10 minutes to check in with the receptionist. Completely unprofessional and a true WASTE of my time.

My experience green medical center was very nice.staff was so come operative and dr manju gave me best treatment. Thanks GMC

Very unpleasant experience with receptionist Katie

I believe that I have the right (as a patient) to check the appointment progress especially I am sick and have waited for about 40 minutes. However, Katie possibly does not think so. She thought I was “rude” by only asking questions with normal volume of speech. In fact, she was loud enough to be heard by everyone else in the waiting room.

In addition, I have found out that other people also had bad experience with the receptionist in this practice before by reading their comment.

Dr Wafa - 5 stars and is a lovely doctor so this isn’t regarding her.

I booked for a 6 week old and 12 month old check ups and vaccines. Once there Dr Wafa did the check ups and was great however I was told by the receptionist the nurse isn’t booked for us and therefore can’t do vaccines or weigh in for either kids. My booking notes CLEARLY said we were there for vaccinations. No alternative option within a reasonable timeframe was offered. They can happily tell people to wait hours or book for another day without realising how bloody difficult it is getting such young children there. Will not be going there for vaccinations again. What a waste of my time not to mention running around with two young kids for no reason. Do better.

Terrible. Only attend if you enjoy having your time wasted by reception and general incompetence.

Staff are amazing, I have seen a few doctors here and everyone is lovely. Currently see dr Sam and I couldn’t have better treatment! Really happy with this place and so glad I found it.

I had a very good experience at this medical centre before they changed their billing policy. I have tried making telephone appointments but I haven’t been able to get through to them to pay for it which means the doctor didn’t call me. This happened twice and the reception staff have been unhelpful in sorting this out. Will not be back although the doctors were good

Was on hold for 10min for them to hang up and say they would call my number back. Never did and now on hold again a day later. Some doctors are good most are useless. Now that they don’t bulk bill not really worth going as the doctors are s***

I had an excellent service at Greenway medical centre. Receptionists were polite, the doctor I saw was great.

Avoid - this practice worst experience. This clinic receptionists/Admin are rude, hopeless, mismanaged, when you ask anything they say there are here to just attend the calls, they don't even say sorry. Once my wife booked an appointment, on the appointment day/time receptionist said there are 2 patients ahead of her and after waiting for an hr receptionist said doctor did not come today in the clinic, she can book a face to face appointment as if doctor disappeared somewhere.

After hours claim l.
I did double check with admin and they says it will come to your wife account link to medicare.
It's been month and more still did not came.
And they gave me receipt and I done manual claim and waiting for it.
Challenge is you need to remember and follow and do all this for what you eligible for.

Consider other options for medical centres, unless you’re willing to wait almost an hour past the time you booked ahead of time.
Reception staff are dismissive and don’t care. Would rather chat with each other than help you.

Living in Canberra for 40 years. Dr Senthil Kumar is one of the best doctor I ever come across. He really take best care of patients and have excellent Doctor - patients manners and explain our medical concerns and treat with care.

All the doctors are fantastic thus the 4 star rating but the receptionist with blonde hair and glasses needs to see a doctor for herself! Always rude, moody, clearly hates her job and no manners at all!

Been there for physio. Dr David has been really fantastic.got so much better after first appointment. Thank you so much.

I have always had excellent service at this practice. Dr. Kumaar is knowledgeable, thorough and has an excellent ‘bedside manner’. The reception staff are friendly and efficient.

Best service offered by doctor Senthil kumar. Very friendly staff, i felt so comfortable to share my problems. I am exteremly satisfied with the service. I will recommend every one to choose greenway medical center.
