Greenhouse Coffee & Food Co reviews
53Great find at Canberra Centre. They happily accommodated my request for a burger no bun and a salad instead of chips! Lovely outdoor area - even the local wildlife like this place
Quite a nice place for brunch and coffee. Absolutely loving the maple bean, and it has been my favourite for a while though.
The manager is cute and the hot chocolate is lovely (just be sure to stir it well if you get a Toblerone one!)
Great location right in a middle of busy Canberra Centre shopping mall. Very limited food options available here but it looks very busy so we gave it a try. It was alright but for the price I expected a bit more.
It would have been awesome but once again the banana bread was not even toasted enough to melt the butter, even though I asked for well cooked
Nice spot here very very busy but wait time on table service was good.new staff member delivered our food was very pleasant and helpful
We went to have a coffee and banana bread at 3: 00pm today.
Poor customer service and stale and dry banana bread for $6.00. Never going back to have coffee anymore.
Please take a honest feedback
I stopped and had lunch today after an appointment.
I had forgotten my phone so asked the person who brought out my coffee if I could sign in manually and she said no.
I feel this is not good and this cafe were not trying to see that they have phone numbers of people who have a meal or a coffee.
I hope they get the message to comply with the rules.
The toasted sandwich was made with a lovely dark rye, but a single, thin slice of cheese and a thin slice of tomato. The milkshake was good but small.
Pretty good breakfast but definitely not the cheapest option. I guess considering the location, being in the centre of Canberra's CBD, high prices are normal, but it still felt a lot for what I ordered. The good was pretty good though.
Very nice coffee! Have an "ahh~" affect.
I had brunch here a few months ago, packed. Food was delicious and couldnt help to have two coffees one latte and one infused chai.
The other time I tried cold brew at their express cafe downstairs, woohoo, never thought I would like cold brew, but this, yay! ONA cranberry candy,if you cant handle long black like me, try this instead, with a bit sourness, fruity taste at the end, everything is different
The iced coffee was great, the other food and drink was only OK. You pay a bit much for what you get, though service was friendly.
Such a lovely place!
I didn’t expect this quality of coffee in Canberra centre, but the taste was really really good. Also, I love their coffee art. I will definitely go there again.
Have tried this cafe a few times now. Coffee is always good. Food very hit and miss. Don't do eggs well, and the pickled cabbage with the Avo on toast was disgusting, too heavy handed on the pesto and the toast was so tough, difficult to cut with a pretty sharp knife. Sent it back, got a fresh one, but still with the disgusting pickled cabbage and heavy pesto that I said to leave off. At least the egg was fresh this time.
BUT the worst thing was the state of the table. Really sticky and unclean, particularly around the edges. They didn't have enough staff on to have time to clean properly. NOT Covid safe.
$27 for a coffee and eggs B.seems a little exxie. Food was okay but definitely not worth $27. Would also be helpful if they made their pricing more transparent. Food list is clearly visible but no pricing.
They never sanitised the table from previous customers. The menu’s are by law supposed to be thrown away after each customer & replaced.
The guy taking the order was very rude & $22 for a TINY cheese, TOMATO, avocado mushroom toastie. We WONT BE BACK!
Service was timely and staff friendly, coffee was nice but was disappointed at not being able to order smashed ago. Instead there was another avocado meal which wasn't very appealing and very expensive for what was on offer
Stopped by to get take away coffee while walking around the Canberra Centre. It took 20 minutes and coffee was awful, very bitter and burnt.
A bit pricey compared to other city establishments, and spinach doesn't really belong on a breakfast dish, however I got what I paid for and it was delicious.
Very disappointing experience. Staff that served us didnt seemed too keen on being there this morning. When our food came out the cutlery and napkins were just dropped on the side of our table and i barely heard a mumble out of the staff despite my efforts to talk to them. Note: it was not a busy morning and there were plenty of empty tables
