George Simpson Park reviews
11Ok park. It's seen better days. Very hot, little shade. Slide is great, nice and fast, if you don't mind a burnt bum, but not recommended if you have back issues!
Playground is small but great for little ones. It's set on a side of an oval that has not been maintained. 4pm every day local dog owners gather about 100 metres away which is wonderful to see.
Came after rain and the slide was wet. Park looks awesome from distance. The grass needed cutting more from the car park to park as the grass was super long up to my knees. The bridge isn't toddler friendly. Only thing toddler friendly was slide as the rest of park was more suited for older kid. Slide was covered in hail dints.and lots of graffiti on the park. Mini skate park like banks. Bench seat for parents. Next to oval.
This place has been covered with graffiti and has a lack of equipment, making it a place to talk at but not really to do anything.
Small playground located in Flynn near the old school and local preschool, it could do with some maintenance though my 3.5yo enjoys the large slide. Trees provide good shade but accessibility is poor as there are no paved paths to the playground and therefore can be difficult with a pram especially when the grass grows so long. A sports oval is located opposite the playground.

A nice neighbourhood playground, with a great slippery slide. Slide gets very hot on summer afternoons, although it can be cooled with a wet rag. Bench for parents. No toilet. Ingress/Pokemon/Wizards Unite spot.
Quite well maintained for a public park, big slide, chain bridge, alphabet stuff, and other little things.
Good fun for the kids, shade, and seating for the adults.
The huge oval next to it is also great for ball games or just running around (aka tiring the kids out).
Great look out point across lake George. Also has picnic tables and restrooms. Great place too relax and feel free. Lots of kangaroos out, and fantastic area too take Breath taking Photographs! Really Loved it.

Lots of broken glass and rubbish in the play area. Not well maintained. Has a small skateboard area that is good for toddlers on balance bikes. Kids enjoy climbing the "mountain" to the big slide. Slide is quite steep. No swings. Would be a decent play area if it were maintained and cleaned up.
