Looks like they have improved a lot. The doctor was nice and understanding and took the time to properly listen about the situation. The receptionist was such a sweetheart. Thank you for not making me feel uncomfortable about my hyper toddler. I truely appreciate.

I have diagnosed aggressive breast cancer by Dr Tausif, she is professional and a caring person. I feel grateful and lucky to have Dr Tausif look after me during this hard time.

The lady receptionist is very rude and has no manner in talking. I had my third dose of covid vaccination from there as I had my two from overseas. I visited the centre twice and called for 5 times. Still not sorted as she told it’s not her responsibility to register for those previous two vaccines.

I had an appointment at 1.30pm today and received email and phone confirmation too. However, the clinic was closed when I arrived. There were other patients waiting outside as well. Why give out appointments if the clinic is closed? They can do better. Very disappointing.

Dr Syeda Tausif and Dr Wahab are both great! Dr Tausif has been my GP for 5 years. She is always thorough, supportive and helpful.

5 star for going and see dr Wahab.i was happy to come here.no one was on when we showed up.waiting area was good size to still social distance.chair are hard plastic so if needed you like to think they can be sterilised.dr wahab is best doctor for the whole family.its kinda funny where the entrance for practice is.but we were able to figure it out

Dr Wahab is excellent however, the Indian receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing, my appointment was at 9: 05 she was running late and opened at 9: 30 and did not even apologise. She is extremely unfriendly and never answers the phone.

More than 40 minutes wait inspite of having the appointment for a Covid shot. Similar wait times for my partner a few months back for booster shot. Not for people who value their time

Crowded waiting room.

I booked my booster dose online. They send me link with the adress in my email. I followed that but it took me somewhere else that took me 30 minutes to drive. When I finally reached there the lady at the reception asked me fill up the form and she said it cost me $85 for vaccination while in government website it clearly stated that the vaccine is free in all the clinical. So much disappointment i will never go back there again

Waste of time honestly! Do yourself a favour and never visit this clinic. One of the receptionist is really not welcoming and super rude. I won’t visit again nor I’d recommend

Highly recommended Dr Tausif and Dr Wahab both vary polite n caring. Excellent service by staff and new building. Never had any problems.

Very bad service. Calling them on the number no one ever pick up and you cant leave any voice message. No proper reception service.you try go to the clinic and it is closed. I mean what kind of clinic it is that is closed in the weekday. How do they get accreditations for these clinics? Not sure!

Dr Syeda Tazeena Tausif is really helpful. She examined my condition very carefully. She is very friendly. Best GP in Canberra, definitely recommend her.

Rejected twice from this place for a booster shot. First was a booking mistake, the receptionist explained to me nicely, which was fine. Booked for 2 weeks later, then I go in today, the old lady with glasses said I need to have a medicare card, when the website clearly says it's free for all. Doesn't ask for Medicare when booking, and the lady didn't even bother listening or explaining to me, just said can't do it and looked away and kept doing her things while I was standing there. Then started serving the other customer. There's a way to properly explaing things, and she was extremely unprofessional. If you asked for Medicare, maybe throw in an option to not being able to book without medicare. Rather than let people book and turn them away after traveling 45 mins to get there. Very disappointed.

Waited for over an hour for my second AZ shot while others walked in and were seen after 5 minutes. After I let the receptionist know that I had been waiting for 75 minutes I was seen immediately with the Dr being very short to the point of rude with me. Don't come here it is very disorganised and poorly run.

Dr Syeda is extremely professional compassionate and kind. I’m very happy with the service provided.

I have known Dr Tausif for 12 years. She is very caring and compassionate and her service is of the highest quality. The reception staff are also always accommodating and helpful. I can’t recommend Dr Tausif highly enough.

Not a good experience with reception. Waited over and hour for our appointment. When we asked what the wait time was, our response was "I'm not the doctor, I don't know". Unorganised and not willing to help.

Dr Syed you are a joke of a doctor. Went in with ankle pain issue, guess what? He didn't even look at the area or feel the area as I had long pants on, and then proceeded to provide me with a medical certificate and prescription medicine that I didn't need? How did this guy pass his medical exam? Stay away at all costs or see another doctor.
