Always treated positively and courteously from when you arrive until you leave. My GP is Doctor Laeeq and she is wonderful.

Excellent services.will highly recommend everyone from multi-culture background to do visit Florey medical centre.

It's great to actually have a Doctor (Dr Lo) that actually takes the time to get to the root of the problem and fix it unlike the other practices I've been to previously. Officially the only practice I'll visit should the need ever arise in the future.

I have always liked going to Florey Medical Centre, even when I moved to Kambah 12yrs ago, I continued to see Dr Tang. I love the Ladies on the Front Desk, always welcoming me with a smile and remembering me! Of course Dr Tang is the main reason I go to Florey Med Centre. He looks after me and I really love him for that.

My three year old loves Dr Nadia, and looks forward to seeing her as she has such a lovely manner, which helps kids in particular to feel comfortable. She always gives helpful advice and I know I can trust her judgement. Couldn't rate her highly enough!

If it wasn't because they don't bulkbill I would go there all the time, Dr Pottumuthu is brilliant

Dr Lo understands the impact of lifestyle on health. He offers practical advice as well as any prescriptions that might be needed. His whole clinic has a genuinely welcoming feeling, whether it is the friendly greeting of the reception staff, or the ability of his medical team to communicate fluently with people of so diverse backgrounds and languages.

I saw the practice nurse for my shingles vaccination, very efficient and painless delivery from Sheffie.

I booked to see Dr Tan on Wednesday night for Thursday I got in and did not have to wait at all. It was great considering was not feeling the best. Very professional.

Reception helpful, dr I saw was efficient and knowledgeable however the centre does not bulk bill pension patients and the medical rebate isn’t an instant rebate like most centres. Other than that, I recommend for quality drs.

I normally visit a GP that bulk bills but given that health issues don't always arise Mon-Friday during regular hours when my regular GP is available, Florey is really good for those out of working hour health issues that arise.

Put me on hold for a combined time of 55 minutes. Whenever I would get to number one in the waiting list, the call would just end for no reason. I've never had any problems with my phone in regards to an issue like this. I would book online, but if you have cold or flu symptoms, their system won't let you make an appointment until you've spoken to someone over the phone.

I was seen quickly. My diagnosis was swift and my treatment was immediate. Excellent Dr and nurse.

Doctor was good. I already knew what was wrong tho and he just confirmed it. Only down side was it was very expensive but could not get my 2 year old in any where else and she needed antibiotics asap. Was very fortunate that I only got told the price when we got there and not over the phone when I booked. I would have gone somewhere else as all I needed was a script for her.

Dr. Nadia Laeeq is a great doctor who cares about her patients no matter how recalcitrant they maybe at times. The staff are always helpful.

Dr Tang was professional and efficient. He is always ready to receive me for any medical consultation or GPS service
