Worries experience with dr divi Prasad zero knowledge about pregnancy don’t even know how to give medication properly because of him half knowledge I have faced health issues I strongly suggested not to visit this place don’t waste your money and time thank you.

Hii everyone wants to share my worst worst worst……. Experience with@divi prasad and this general practice. I took my pregnant wife to do regular checkups with @ divi Prasad he asked to some tested for my wife in that tested there is one thyroid test and results are not normal for pregnancy women but @divi prasad said thyroid results are normal no need to worry.we trusted him that he had enough knowledge on treating pregnancy and we took some vaccines suggests by him.and later on we got appointment with midwife and we discussed all detail about her vaccines and thyroid she was shocked for her thyroid results and not starting medication for her condition and she took some details about docter and suggested to change GP and we called @ divi Prasad and asked for not responding on her thyroid results then he realised and started giving silly reasons and we asked him to give explanation for giving wrong vaccines at wrong timing and not responding for thyroid. And he gave explanation for us which is not truth in that explanation he said he was about to repete the rest and start medication but we never recived a reminder from him more than 10 weeks and the funny thing is when we called after our midwife visit he start giving medication without repeating test and not giving proper explanation first us then we change our docter after that we have mailed him all our questions to docter @ divi Prasad to give proper explanation but there Is no response from him we have waited and wiring this review

Who ever reading this please think twist to visit this place they just focus on money not on your health they just need money in this place @divi Prasad not even have a enough knowledge on treating pregnancy and not even have have basic knowledge on when to do ultrasound for pregnancy @ divi prasad don’t even feel sorry for us giving wrong treatment for my pregnant women I have seen there recent reviews I have seen docter @divi Prasad rating him self as 5 star docter how funny it was please think twice before you visit this place and don’t waste your money and time and don’t keep your health at risk better to choose alternative thanks for reading this review stay safe form this hospital thank you

I have seen Dr GK several times over the years, he is figured out issues that other doctors haven’t. Another thing is he explains things so I understand clearly.

Friendly staff, great doctor to have for consistent ongoing reviews. Easy to talk to, listens and understands patients needs.

Been here for 2 times was treated rudely by doctor (Dr Govind). On first appointment I thought he might be having a bad day that’s why may be he is a bit rude but same behaviour was shown on second appointment. Don’t know if it is his actually natural way of speaking or not but I believe it doesn’t cost anything to put a smile and speak politely as patient is already in pain and such rude behaviour in some way affects patient mentally.

Dr Kotha helped with my kids' vaccinations, which were complicated because they were born overseas. He was very patient throughout the process and also very friendly with the kids, which put them at ease. Very much appreciated!

Mr. Govinda is really awesome doctor. He is friendly and goes in detail about the problem. I would like to thank him for his great service.

Rude doctor Dr. Govind Kotha. My appt was 11.15 am and he called me in at 11.45 and he was so annoyed that I followed up about the delay with front desk lady and acted unprofessionally. He even asked me "don't you wait at other gp clinics" and made it look like my problem. And paid a fees for this terrible treatment: (. The front desk lady was courteous and professional. Looks like a new low everytime I visit a GP. Apologising for making a sick child wait for 30 min is out of the window instead he made me feel that I was a restless mother.

I've been seeing Dr Govind Kotha for almost two years. He is an excellent doctor! He is friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I've been able to get a booking at the time of my choice with a good time availability. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Kotha.

Receptionist too busy dealing with her own personal affairs on the phone rather than attending to patients

Extremely rude doctor, Never visit the center again!
Booked an appointment for vaccination, visited the center, all the paper work done and then.surprise.no stock of the vaccine. And no one cares not even to apologies. Irresponsible behavior, Could have done a much better job.

Honestly, I can say "my experience with DR Kotha is ok but you probably need to wait for so long. If your appointment is on time.you are just lucky!

I rescheduled to this morning for my health issues not for listening to unprofessional excuses and explain why the service is always late.

Y'all may curious why I gave the clinic 5 stars because I like The Meadows Original Frozen Custard. Nice ice-cream!

Dr Kotha is extremely patient, considerate and caring and we are very happy with the care my dad receives under him. Every time we go to him with dad completely stressed out he manages to calm him down and explain the treatment options to him. The waiting times are not bad either and twice the lovely reception ladies have kindly accommodated us when we had to rush in with dad at the last minute. Could not be happier with the patient care at this clinic.

Dr Govind Kotha is kind and empathetic. I came to him feeling very distressed and his reassurance made me feel at ease. He is professional and took the time to investigate multiple issues to select the best treatment option. Plenty of appointments available after 5pm meaning I don't have to get time off work. I'm happy to have found a great GP ️

Superb doctors practice. Appointment schedule on time [unlike other practices! ], Dr Govind Kotha was great and took the time to sincerley talk through my issue. Definitely recommended.

The doctor engaged in appropriate comments after I disclosed personal information. Left the doctor feeling very distressed.

Just moved to ACT and tried a few doctors out but definitely found this practice the absolute best. Dr Kotha is so lovely and efficient and I have had no problems whatsoever.

I would definitely recommend Dr Govind Kotha. He has been amazing, patient and friendly in my last two visits. I felt I have been well taken care of my health issues. I have couple of more visits to go and can’t wait to knock these health problems off
