Fadden Medical Centre reviews
13Dr Wei Wei is the most wonderful Doctor. She has taken care of our whole family for many years. She is caring and supportive. The reception team and lovely and accommodating with a tough job to do juggling everyone’s needs.
2+ hour wait time for a booked appointment. Find somewhere else more professional if you value your time.
1 star for plenty of appointment options at 10 min intervals. After waiting 1 hour 20min I advised I was leaving. I arrived on time for my appt with Dr Serafim and I was told there were 3 people ahead of me, come back in 45 min. When I returned, I was told still one person ahead of me. After another 40 min of waiting I decided to book at another practice.
If you need a an on time appointment don’t bother with this place my wife was in a lot of pain and was repeatedly turn away from her appointment as there where always 3 people in front of her she had a 12: 30 appointment and on arriving was asked to come back in an hour which she did then got told to come back in in 30 mins.
One of the most disorganized medical centre I have come across. Had a 10.45 am appointment for a Covid booster and waited more than 2 hours. Should have the decency to advise patients that the centre is always overbooked and typical waiting time of more than 2 hours. Why take appointment when they cannot see patients within 30 of appointment time.
If I could leave no stars that would be too many. My brother waited almost 2 hours to bee seen, and only because I asked (an hour in) was I told there was a wait. The receptionist seemed to think it was our job to call before hand to see if there was a wait AND when we left without him being seen because it was 8pm at night, had the audacity to ask if I was going to pay. Atrocious.
Booked in for an appointment at 10: 45am. After an hour of waiting I asked the receptionist how much longer? It was going to be another hour and a half!
If you overbooked the 1 doctor, or the other doctor/nurse didn't turn up, fine.you could let people know when they arrive to expect a delay. I could of left and come back. Never again!
I will leave a minus star if I can, we showed up on time, waited forever, not until I asked the receptionist how much longer to wait, she told us there's still another 2 patients before us and about an extra hour wait. She should of told us therr 's only one doctor there and over booked, what an unprofessional practice.
Have been seeing Dr Serafim for a number of years and he is by far the most thorough and patient doctor I've seen. Sometimes runs quite a bit behind; but always due to being thorough with his patients so no complaints.
Dr Wong cares for me and my family and even we moved to the other site of town we still travel half an hour to see her. I have seen other doctors when she is not available and they are all good. Not the usual GP. They all care.
I have been seeing Andrew here since 2002 and find him easily the best and most through GP I have ever had. To the contrary regarding another review, I have found Andrew to keep away from political talk about medical politics. Andrew's consultations can be longer than average but this shows his throughness and there is no extra fee. I am very definitely a happy customer.
Andrew serafim is an ok doctor but he would go on and on about his political opinion before proceeding to my medical check up.you see a doctor for medical advice not a political opinion
No problems getting appointments. Doctors have seen me on time, no usual delays. No gp4me or real online presence.
