Dr Bisma Haroon is an outstanding GP with excellent clinical skills and I can't thank her enough for the special care she has provided to me and my family. She is very thorough and empathetic and I can't recommend her enough.

I brought my daughter to see Dr Shiamala Suntharalingam and couldn't be happier with the service I received. She was on time, really listened to my concerns and diagnosed our daughters particular virus. From check-in to leaving it was a very pleasant experience.

This clinic has been excellent. I followed my Dr Shiamala Suntharlingam for Coombs. She is the best Doctor I had for my whole life. She if very thorough Doctor. She leaves no stone unturned. If you need a Doctor do not hesitate you won’t find a better Doctor.

I just want to acknowledge Dr Shiamala Suntharalingam and the outstanding care and attention she provides. You know you are in good hands with Dr Sun. She provides a thorough examination, is extremely knowledgeable and if needed, will follow up immediately with results, adding that personal touch. If you are looking for a regular GP, I highly recommend Dr Sun (and often do!). You won’t be disappointed.

Having been given an appointment for a skin check with dr Karunaratne, on the day when it was supposed to happen it was postponed and rescheduled for today at 14.10. This morning I received a phone call to inform me that dr Karunaratne only work in the morning!

It looks like that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing! JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Beware that if you need your medical history transferred elsewhere they will not transfer your files until you pay a fee to do so

This is a good general medical centre. My treatments have ranged from infected sinusitis to varicose veins. My doctors, nursing and office staff are all very professional.

I waited 1hour and 25 mins to be seen by a doctor, 1hour and 30 mins on telephone-hold then gave up, emailed the practice nurse for assistance who did not respond to my requests.

Wife booked an appointment for 2pm on a Saturday because she was having abdominal pain. Arrived and dispite being opening hours and the lights being on. No one was here. Waited out the front and called and no answer. Brilliant.
Also medical waste storage shed was left open with access to unlocked bins.

Very disappointed with the service. I Rang for my mum's Urgent appointment. First, they put me on hold and then disconnected me. I rang again and the receptionist took the information and told me that 2 of the doctors can't see as they packed up and leaving. If that's the case then why the timing is till 6 pm. This is insane when someone is in pain they don't care as they earned enough for the day.

I see Dr Yi Myint and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She is the most compassionate and thorough Dr I have ever seen.
The reception have been extremely helpful and have worked so hard during covid with staff shortages.
I highly recommend this medical center.

Erindale Healthcare not Erindale Medical Centre. I accidentally left my review on the wrong business. I have been going to this practice for 25+ years. My family and I have been seeing Dr Lee since I was young and since then I have seen other practitioners. I recommend to everyone I know that they attend this practice. Have been seeing Dr Vaka lately and she is incredibly patient and professional. I have lived around the world and Dr Vaka, Dr Lee and Dr Yi are some of the best clinicians and the most professional doctors I've ever known. I've found that sometimes you have to wait for your appointment however I can promise you it is worth the wait and the doctors will give you all the time you need.

Stated clearly on their website children under 5 were bulk billed; receptionist shrugged and still insisted I pay $85 for my child’s appointment.

Waited 40 mins for my appointment. Spent a whole of 5 minutes with the doctor for him to say his workload is too high and that he couldnt help me.then charged a sneaky $85 on my way out for essentially nothing.such a waste of time and money. For context, i asked whilst booking if what i needed was achieveable (a report/ endorsement of another report).

Terrible phone service. When you ring you can be on hold for 15 minutes or longer when you try to ring. Everytime you get put on hole the recording ALWAYS says we are receiving high call volumes everytime you ring.
I Suggest getting more reception staff who can answer the phone in an acceptable timeframe to ensure you are providing the service your patients need and deserve.

40 minute wait for a booked/confirmed appointment.
Didn’t follow their own covid/flu protocols.

This is worst medical centre, i just talked about nose block and the receptionist kicked me out. You cannot be on this premises. Needed to call cops then and there. Will do it the next time surely! DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK.

Receptionists was meh! They were also kinda cute!

On the other hand, Doctor Dilip was a kind and gentle soul. I would go so far as to say that he my favourite doctor EVER!

Had a blood test about 4 working days before I asked staff/nurse to follow up the blood test result. Despite promising to follow up and call me back, nothing was done. I then rang up 3 days later in the early morning and was promised the same follow up and call back. However I decided to front up to the centre in the same afternoon and found out nothing was done. However they still insist that they will follow up the result of the blood test. I am still waiting for the phone call. Very unprofessional for a Health centre.

Got a call back from the Centre this afternoon. Glad that they can response in a timely manner. Hope the centre will continue to improve on their customer service
