I am trying to get credential relating my daughter’s passport. Embassy staff was seems very busy when i made a phone call. Today after lunch i couldn’t speak to staff someone picked up the phone and said she will come soon but later on she said staff already went to home. Iwas wondering why working hour is too short still plenty hours left until 5: 30pm. The man who work in Embassy his name was Battushig, as his explanation staff was sick that is why she went to home early. It doesn’t make sense working hour is no finished i need this document very urgent but they don’t care about it. They just behaive very rude and not careless. I feel so bad today.
