I had an ear blocked with compacted ear wax and had lost about 30% of my hearing on one ear, but Francis, a registered nurse from Earworx in Kingston, ACT, used this marvelous micro-suction tool and very gently cleared the blockage for a very reasonable fee - I can now hear again, loud and clear!
