Courteous service and great food/drinks. Grace is a terrific host and manager. Highly recommend Double Drummer to anyone.

Be aware that if you turn up at 15: 40, they are not able to serve their full menu as they are winding down for a 16: 00 close. No cold juices for a start. So when they say they close at 16: 00 they really mean something like 15: 30!

Their lasagna is amasing, but they don't let you know when they're going to make it. So you have to go there every day and ask, or try and call them up, annoyingly. They also don't have a weekly menu letting you know when they're going to make what. You just have to go every day and be disappointed with the offerings. Lasagna, 9/10. Rest of menu 6/10

Very nicely laid out interior, with nicely decorated coffee, and reasonable prices. I'd come back again.

I've tried this place three times. The food was good once out of three. The third time I don't know because they took my order wrong twice, refused to give me what I DID order without charging me more and didn't apologise for the mistake. Bad business.

Edit: I DID order bacon but you're too ignorant to listen, communicate or accept your mistake. So you blame me? DISGUSTING!

The only misunderstanding here is that you don't understand how to run a good business. That's why you have the worst rating of all the cafes in Barton. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This place deserves all the bad reviews it gets. Rude, incompetent staff and very ordinary food. Go somewhere else.

Coffee is ok but they short pour, so if you order a medium.it is a small at best. And they still charge full price.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak. Didn’t look anything like the photos on your website. Came on an old roll with a piece of steak, under cooked onions and a lump of cheese. Pretty average for $16 will not be back.

Awesome service and great quality food, the staff are super friendly and always smiling, management must be doing the right thing. Best barista in Barton.

Pretty Pricey but is to be expected in Barton and Limited menu options.found it generally sells out quick went for lunch at 1: 30 and they barely had anything left to offer so get in early.

The burger I had was not cooked though but that sometimes happens, it's just being in a busy place with lots of good competition around, maybe stepping up in quality of food and choices would be a good move!

Very average coffee sold in take away cups despite other cafes in the area still serving in normal dine in cups

Over 20 minutes to make a juice because the order docket didn't print, and made it out like it was my fault after I prompted them more than once to get my juice. My friends had finished lunch before the worst juice I have ever tasted was finally made.

When it was served the guy had a tantrum and practically threw it at me without saying a word. I asked to see the manager, it turns out he was the manager. Took no responsibility and did not apologise, just kept repeating the docket didn't print out?

With this calibre of management leading the staff its no wonder the place is getting a bad reputation. My friends and I won't be returning for another soggy Caesar Salad, Spiceless Vindaloo or bitter juice.

I only had a tea and a croissant from here. But the croissant was burnt, there wasn't any milk with my tea despite being asked, I had to get my own cutlery and napkins despite the fact I was seated. I'd say customer service was good as they were polite but definitely could've been a better experience. I went when it was rush hour so maybe avoid visiting then as a lot of local businesses use them for their coffee fix.

Food and coffee was great, service was good, just took a long time to get my order, two of us ordered the exact same things at the same time and his came out and was finished before mine came out.

Food is usually good/very good, coffee though is 50/50, usually not hot enough (for my taste anyway).

Putrid dirty teapot. Food was disgusting could not eat it just a sloppy and unhiegenic place. Avoid

I was there on Friday, there was a decent line for ordering and a decent amount of people still waiting on coffees. You could see the three workers on the coffee machine were trying as hard as they could and we’re doing an excellent job. Only to have someone come and scream at one girl for being there and not doing other jobs. You could see she was trying as hard as she could. I don’t think it was very professional for customers to see

A Public Service Cafe with a fancy name. Very busy with (not obvious) simple queues for ordering hot and cold food. Very generous serving of calamari and chips. Cooked just right. Chips are obviously made on site, because of the irregular sizes. Tartare sauce was brought to the table with an apology for the time taken. So good. Coffee afterwards was excellent but took a while to be delivered. Worth waiting for. Will try the Reuben Roll next time.

Prices are very reasonable, nothing to complain.
Coffee and tea were great as well. Friendly stuff, easy to recommend, specially if you're sitting outside
