Dawat-e-Punjab Indian Restaurant

Yesterday had a dinner. There food was so good. The environment was very nice. I love there butter chicken, dal makhni, Garlic naan and also the other curries. I had a take away before and the food quality was always same.

The waiter was very good and smiley face and the whole crew was very good and no tension about parking a lot off parking space.

Had dinner last night. Food was as good as said. Their butter chicken, garlic naan was really up to my expectations. Definitely recommend for family dinner.

During our visit today, we encountered a rather disappointing experience at your restaurant. The staff, particularly the waiter, displayed an unwelcoming attitude. When requesting spoons, we were informed that due to a busy evening, dishes were not washed—an unexpected response. Additionally, the food did not taste good! Regrettably, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our encounter. Thank you.

Was our go-to takeaway when we lived nearby. The takeway meal deal for 2 is hard to beat for value. We usually mixed the curries up but the paneer options are always a good choice. Note that "medium" spice is on the lighter side, haven't tried a hot option to compare.

Used to have multiple orders n everytime I enjoyed it. Even lastnight I had delivery.
Mains was good but entrees which we ordered chilli chicken was very bad.
Very bad smell from chicken n capsicum taste was very odd.
Have to throw away chilli chicken but mains course was delicious.

We had the banquet for two this evening. The service was exceptional and very helpful as we needed food that was dairy free. Perfect portions and incredible flavour. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend. Will be back for sure. Thank you.

Same trick you guys play in most of indian restaurant you order specifically takeaway food blend stale left over food you give to us and charge full amount disgusting man improve yourself stop looking customer how is look where is from okay
I ordered a half a tandoori chicken & goat curry they are not actual food laoded with artifical colour and flavour gross

The staff here took the extra time to highlight all the menu items that my wife is able to eat within her new dietary restrictions and put it in the bag for us to have on the fridge. And the chefs go out of their way to alter foods to accommodate where possibly. We haven't had service like this at all in the last 6 months since the change and I'm so impressed! On top of that, the food is always consistently good.

This dawat e punjab restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, and wonderful dessert. The menus options are an excellent value. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

WOW first time ordering here. Staff friendly and pleasant. The food is to die for.simply true Indian flavours. I will eat there often.

Such a bad experience on Valentines Day. We have ever had in our life for dine in. Waited around more than 45 minutes for just 2 most common curries and Naan, despite of waiting such long, getting wrong order. All the customers who were there even those who came after us, they finished and we were sitting idle for a long. Will never go again with such unwelcoming attitude. Extremely bad service. Didn’t even try to offer something which usually businesses do to retain their customers. Not even take too long if we cook at home.

Best Indian in West Belconnen! My daughter won't eat Indian anywhere else, it has to be Butter Chicken from here. We've done dine-in, take-away and delivery from here many times.

Very disappointed, waited for more than 30mins in the table, nothing was served, other customers who came after us were served before us and we felt we were completely ignored. Have been to so many Indian restaurants but this experience was worst.

Beautiful and delicious Indian, best in the area! When an app accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery, staff stayed back to ensure we could collect it in time. Sincere thanks for the kind service and ultimately delicious food!
