Discriminates against the elderly. My parents are unable to check in with an app as they do not know how to use smart phones. This shop refuses to follow the law and keep a check in register.

Atmosphere of an inner city laundromat, little effort to create any ambience. Chipped paint, tangled cables wires, dirty tea towel hanging from a screen. Food as good as a highway side truck stop. Dry, overcooked, packaged, not fresh. Waitresses were friendly and did their best. Don’t bother.

We went with our kids for pizzas, the, what we assume is the owner brought the menu and we ordered drinks and main courses.after few minutes he came with the drinks and a couple of minutes later he came to our table to tell us that “ unfortunately we ran out of pizza bases” so he tried to convince us to get pasta, so we said “ okay, (the kids were hungry) we ordered again, penne pasta for the kids and the menu of the house for us.they came with a poor plate of spaghetti, some cheese on the top, swimming in water (unfortunately I don’t have a pic) I told him I ordered penne because it is much easier for kids to eat it, he tried again and said we can cut the spaghetti small pieces we just paid and left. The owner was very arrogant and he treated bad the employee in front of us. I will not recommend this place to anyone, such a bad experience!

Very poor (less than one star).
Booked a table on the Saturday for the Sunday morning at 9: 30am after being told the place opened at 9: 30am. Reworked our morning for 9: 30am only to find on arrival it had in fact opened at 9: 00am. Allocated a table and coffees arrived. Then for some unexplained reason the table had to be moved about 15cm after it had already been set, had coffees water, etc. (who knows why the position on Saturday night was now unworkable on Sunday morning).
Then someone else's food arrived and after a prolonged conversation, the wait staff realised it was indeed for a different table.
Finally our food arrived. My wife asked for no toast so her "hot" food was cold because it had been plated up onto a cold plate. I had the same thing but with toast which seemed to insulate the food from the plate. Both of use thought the bacon was bland / lacking taste and "crispy" seemed to be a new term for "burnt".
Anyway we wont be back.

Completely over priced set valentines day menu. The staff couldn't cope, had to ask after every course. The shared desert was advertised as a chocolate mousse in a chocolate basket
. It came in a glass jar and tasted like something I would buy from a supermarket. Not good

Our one and only previous experience with this restaurant is that it is was bland and overpriced but the reviews were great so we decided to give it another chance. Upon entering, we found out that they were not serving pizzas which was highly upsetting. Our table that we were seated at had small bugs scattered on it and the owner ‘discretely’ tried to brush them off when pouring our water. The portion sizes are atrocious. We paid 36 for small child’s palm size amount of steak that was rare when we requested medium and the mash potato was so salty! The pasta and the gnocchi that we ordered just barely covered the base of the plate. It was bland and soggy. By the end of our meal, we felt in no way fulfilled. It felt like we each ate an entree. We went to another restaurant after as we were still hungry. We are outraged that we spent 88 dollars on three kid sized meals that were highly disappointing to eat. We would definitely not recommend eating here - please don’t waste your money.

Staff were somewhat distracted and inexperienced. Had to be reminded to bring our wine. Meal was served without cutlery, which was hastily collected from a vacant table adjacent to ours. Had to ask for pepper and Parmesan. Pepper was in a shaker not grinder. Seafood pasta meal included an unopened mussel. Restaurant was highly recommended by my partner based on her previous experiences and she was somewhat embarrassed as to the poor showing. PS spaghetti should be served with a spoon and fork, not a knife and fork. Overall. The seafood was delicious but the sauce was oily and tasteless. The waiting staff leave a lot to be desired. We will not be dining there again.

I have tried coffee at this place this afternoon and taste was non standard, not recommended for coffee lovers,

Every time I eat here I don't enjoy the food. It's ok but not great. Service was a pass. The owner (I think) chose my glass of wine when I was hoping to order from the list.strange. Perhaps trying to use an open bottle to keep the wine fresh.unsure.

Ordered takeaway coffees and cakes, unfortunately coffee not hot and cakes disappointing eg. Lemon meringue was ALL meringue

Ordered a grilled chicken dish, pizza and garlic bread.

Bread was very plain, almost no garlic.

Chicken was burned badly and had more oil than a high school change room.

Pizza was alright, certainly the star of the evening, if a little oily as well.

Reasonable food, bit over priced for such small portions. Felt a little bit daunted/pressured to purchase desserts and alcohol by a man who appears to be the owner. Other than than friendly staff and nice view.

Food is nice but can't be relied on as opening times can be intermittent and don't correspond with business hours advertised. Make sure you book or call first.

Good food as usual, including pictured entrees, but disappointing being sat out back on lonely table 11 and having empty main course plates left on our table for at least 15 mins. No offer of dessert or coffee menu, so we left. Plates still there when we paid bill.

Very nice dinner the other night. Great location. Food was excellent. Service was good however the owner, I assume by his charismatic persona, was wearing his mask around his chin whilst taking our order from the table. A bit weird to semi frantically look and apply your mask while drinking wine because he isn't taking the precautions he should. Four stars minus one

It's a lovely place if you aren't Italian and are searching for a quick bite.
However, if you would like fine dining, maybe look elsewhere.

The flavours are more of a miss than a hit. Our lasagna and pizza tasted as though they may have been heated up frozen meals; bruschetta had far too much onion on it; the gnocchi were gluey and the zabaglione was more marsala cream than the custard component.

On the positive, the service was cool to one of our party and essentially ignored the others.

Generally overpriced and under flavoured.

Service was extremely slow and had to request beverage/wine menu. I will say it was busy but my husband and I have been there before when busy but the service wasn't as bad as it was this night.

Wonderful restaurant! Second visit here and both occasions the food has been plentiful and tasty. Reasonably priced menu with a good variety of choices. Tonight the Gnocchi Ragu receives my tick of approval.

Picturesque location. Main courses are delicious, but a tired and inadequate sweets selection. Service was erratic but prices are reasonable. Only a single Italian White and Red on the wine list, however of good quality.

Good service, good range on the menu. Nothing wrong with the food. Just for the price, one expected something more tasty.
